Super easy check-in and out. Excellent description to find the townhome. Very close to campus, walmart and restaurants.

Family surgery
We needed to be close to UMC Medical Center is why we chose this property. Very well maintained property, very clean. Be prepared for lots of stairs! Would rent this again, if needed.

Loved that it was gated and quiet. The owner was very helpful. Fyi it is three stories and the bedrooms are on the top floor, living room, kitchen, dining, and half bath are on 2nd floor and the front door entry is on first floor.

Five stars around
I’m moving to Lubbock this summer and wanted a place to stay while visiting. This condo was perfect from start to finish!! Highly recommend!!!! Not one complaint

Great stay!
All great! Property was in a good safe location close to Texas Tech. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Communication was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location & Host
I love the location! We were visiting our Red Raider for Sibling Saturday and being close to campus was very nice. We felt very safe with the gated community and easy access to everything we needed. A minor issue arose while we were there, but Nash was quick to respond to my messages and came right out to address the issue & got it resolved quickly. THANK YOU! I highly recommend this condo! We would gladly come back again.

Great location and property. Enjoyed our visit. The only thing that I might have missed in the description of the property is that you have to be able to manage 2 flights of stairs. My 82 year old mother in law struggled with this but again, I must have missed this in the description. I personally would stay here again. Thanks so much.

Great Stay at the Texas Tech Condo
By far, this was the easiest check in/check out I've ever experienced. The condo was very clean and basic supplies were provided. The property manager was prompt with answers to any questions we had. The kitchen was plenty big enough for me to make a nice Thanksgiving Dinner and the Roku television is massive! Thanks for a fantastic stay!
