Pullman Luang Prabang Bewertungen

Wir haben insgesamt 9 Nächte, also 10 Tage im pullman verbracht. Der Aufenthalt war toll. Die Lage außerhalb luang Prabangs garantiert Ruhe und Erholung pur. Der stündlich shuttle Service in die Stadt bzw. zurück zum Hotel war stets zuverlässig und pünktlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Hotelpersonals, die stets bemüht sind den Aufenthalt noch vollkommener zu machen. Fazit: Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht und trotzdem gerne die Stadt und die Umgebung erkunden möchte, ist im pullman genau richtig.

Das Resort steht mitten im Herzen Luang Prabang auf den schoenen Reisfeldern, eine kleine exotische Oase umgehend von Bergen und Natur. Service war super, koennte allerdings im Restaurant oder am Pool noch verbessert werden (7/10). Fruestueck war viel Auswahl, doch nicht abwechlungsreich. So dass bei einer Woche Aufenthalt immer die gleichen Auswahl waren. Personal im Restaurant sehr unmotiviert und sind vertrauemt. Am Fruechte Buffet wurden keine Folie zugedeckt, somit waren ganz viele Fruchtfliegen auf den Fruechten und Obst, was natuerlich dazu bringt, unappetitlich auszusehen. Sehr schoener Kinderpool mit Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben in dem Suiten gewohnt. Alles schoen dekoriert, doch wenn es um die Sauberkeit auf der Terrasse oder Balkon geht (Boden nicht gewischt, nur gefegt), kriegt man irgendwann auch schwarze Fuesse. Aber zusammengefasst, war alles tip top schoen. Reisfeldern waren atemberaubend und wischt so die kleine negative Punkte alles weg!!!!

Had such a wonderful and amazing time staying with Pullman. Really well maintained despite the low season and loved the breakfast and hospitality extended to us! Thankyou and we will be back.

This hotel could be spectacular, the views around the hotel are stunningly beautiful but the property has been left to fall into disrepair. There has been no upkeep, the property needs a power-hose, paint & revamp. It is very unstaffed, leading to less senior staff running around trying to do everything. For example when we arrived there was no one to help us with our bags or greet us at the door (not really 5 star experience), the kids club is unstaffed, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the pool bar to make me a drink.. don’t bother with the breakfast it is very poor quality, the noodle soup is the best option but hard to eat as the breakfast room is not air conditioned so it is boiling hot in there! The shuttle bus service was great & I liked staying out of town as lying by the pool was very tranquil. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We will 100% be returning on our next trip. Everything was far above expectations. Very happy with all of the service.

Even better than Amantaka and Rosewood in cost perspectie. We booked a private cooking class for a 3-course meal for only $15pp. An amazing experience to make Laotian dishes and a visit to hotel’s organic garden. This resort really gave you sense of sustainble and healthy living.

Serene and peaceful environment, with nice Christmas decorations. Very helpful staff, who replied emails promptly. There is a free shuttle bus which you can take to town. Good spread of buffet. Room is very clean too. Early check in was made possible too!

The location was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Velra. Overall good value for money although the food quality could be improved.

Good location, good breakfirst

Room was amazing - spacious, clean and modern. The hotel is on beautiful grounds with lovely views. Adult n children bikes are available for use within the property. Something which can be improved is the staff's understanding of English. I ordered room service twice and on both occasions, they had to call me back to confirm my orders and still they got it wrong. Also at breakfast, the staff manning the live stations did not have a good understanding of what is offered - i picked an item "french toast" stated on the menu and the cook could not understand me. I pointed to the item on the menu, she went to check and came back to say it is not available.

Good stay and enjoyed the faculties and food . Service was good too

Le Pullman est un établissement de luxe absolu. La nourriture, l'alcool, les massages et le service à la personne sont excellents. Je recommande vivement cet établissement! L'essayer c'est l'adopter!
