Premier Inn Lowestoft

Lovely 1 night stay here, the room could do with some TLC, but the staff make up for this - from the minute we arrived to the minute we checked out, every member of staff from Reception to Housekeeping were just brill - always nice to stay somewhere friendly!

Lovely quiet location, away from main roads. Comfortable bed! Just stayed one night but would definitely go back there if in the area. A great breakfast next door! We visited the East Anglia Transport Museum in Lowestoft, which is absolutely delightful with old trams and trolley buses that you can ride on. Would highly recommend a visit!

Lovely hotel , room excellent and spotless, the reception staff were very polite , we used the beefeater and the food was excellent and I want to give a special shoutout to Sam so I get the right person the young lady did wear glasses who looked after us , what a special person a credit the team she was so patient and nothing was to much trouble. I will also highlight two others the young lady who was on meet and great her interaction was excellent our visit was the 18th of October in the evening and finally Adam behind the bar. We have stopped many time and will keep coming back

Wonderful bed … stands out … best nights sleep in years. Food was good and we had a lovely breakfast too. Overall and excellent stay. Staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. We ate at the conjoined Beefeater and the choice and food were excellent.

Room was very clean and there is free parking which is always a bonus as some Premier Inns you have to pay but not the case here, friendly receptionist abbey. Away on business, but would definitely consider using hotel again even for leisure purposes thanks

We stayed here in July for the Latitude festival and I can highly recommend it, the staff were friendly and accommodating- and a special mention to Karen and Damien for going out of their way to help make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, Will Hopefully stay here again next year!
