Ich kann nur sagen, das Personal ist unglaublich. Manager, Housekeeping und die Dame an der Rezeption. Super sehr hilfreich. Es scheint mehr als alles andere eine Art Familienurlaub zu sein. Aber ich habe es geliebt. Zimmer sind auch unglaublich.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Umgebung und exzellenten Service, und es ist sehr zufriedenstellend mit einem nahrhaften und köstlichen Frühstück. Gegenüber steht ein großer Supermarktriese.

Das Zimmer ist einfach und sauber.

We booked a night as we went to a concert at Hershey. It was clean and when checking I , staff was friendly. However, We were a bit appalled during our breakfast . We got down to breakfast area and there was hardly any food. They had no juice in the machines and a woman kept saying to all of the customers that breakfast was over, which it was at the time we were sitting. As we sat there eating the little that was out, a group came in and sat down. The woman in charge got all this breakfast food out and put it on their table to eat. Food that looked like it was what could’ve been served to customers that were turned down. We kept staring in aw and the woman came over and told us that employees were being fed and if we wanted any of that food we could go get some. She said it was Indian food that she wasn’t allowed to serve to customers. Our opinion was is that it was her family being served food that customers were turned away from. Not a good look or feel of this situation. Other than that, stay was pleasant
