Cannot recommend this place more highly. The cleanliness was so noticeable as one walked into the unit. There was a problem with the wifi that the proprietress immediately dealt with. Awesome to finally have a decent hotel in Lower Hutt. The rooms are beautifully furnished but the couch is not very comfortable. The biggest disappointment how we was the service. Ltd English at reception. Dining room shut early on two occasion. Car parking over subscribed despite us paying in advance for it. The chair in our room was broken. I called at night to advise them and was told to come down in the morning and tell reception them when the maintenance man was on site. I asked if they could leave a message over night for him and was told no - best if I manage it myself. The gym that comes with it is also 500 metres walk away rather than being able to use the gym right next door.
