I’ve stayed at this hotel on several occasions, overall it’s been a mixed bag. The hotel is a newer build, so most everything is fresh - however there are definitely ‘new construction’ type issues like others have said. No hot water in the showers, lights that don't work, drains that won’t empty in the sinks, broken shower doors that trap you inside the sliding glass shower when you close the door… it’s always something. Carol at the front desk has been helpful in trying to address any issues that arise. The problem is when she’s not there, customer service can be quite lacking depending on who is working the desk. Like others have experienced, you won’t be recognized for being a Hilton Honors member or given the honors promo upon check in, unless you ask for it specifically, and they are willing to give it to you – if they have it. During my most recent stay the room they tried to put me in looked like it had been broken into. The room entry door would not latch, paint was coming off the door jam, and they did not want to switch rooms due to what they said was "a lack of available rooms", though the parking lot was far from full. It took some convincing, but they did end up providing another room for my stay. Breakfast area, parking area, and the lobby is ok overall, but those issues with the rooms are the major drawback. Be forewarned, you will probably have some issues that will arise during your stay.
