I stayed at this hotel for 6 night with other team members. The rooms are dated, sheets don't fit the bed, and parking fees are absurd. The hotel parking lot connects to a ***** mall parking lot. There is parking everywhere including plenty in the hotel parking lot. But they still charge you a $7 per day for parking. Internet is beyond horrible. I paid $4 a day for the ”faster” internet and I was luck if it worked 20% of the time. Also good luck getting a good cell signal in the building. The worse part was the rude staff. On check-in, they charged me $109 for incidental. After checkout I was charged for the full stay which included room, parking, internet, state tax, and occupancy tax. They did not subtract the incidental fee they had already charged me on check-in. I had no other incidentals. I had two speprate charges on my card. One for the full price of my stay and other which should have been an incidental hold. I called the hotel to discuss the extra charge. I was connected to the hotel manager named Sara/Shara. Saying she was rude is putting it nicely. She spoke down to me and flat out refused to help and denied that there could be another charge. She made absolutely no effort to verify or look in to my concerns. All she had to do was review the audit reports and she would have seen the charge. I offered to share the authorization number for the charge or show her my credit card statement with both charges coming from same place. She was not interested. The kicker, she accused me or my co-workers of making the charge. So in her mind, I broke in to the hotel systems, charged my own credit card, and now was calling to request a refund back to my card? Hooray for customer service! In my experience, incidental are hold for a certain amount on my card. Not a charge that is never returned. An off the record charge coming from the same hotel sounds like a scam. Be careful and keep a close eye on you credit card statement if you want to brave this place. My company and I have been using Hilton properties for many years. After this experience, we will need to look for a more reputable hotel. Very surprised by this experience from a Hilton but I guess times are changing.

Ich war am zweiten März am Flughafen Marriott am AMVETs National Executive Committee Meeting teilnehmen. Als wir erstmals angekommen waren, wurden wir mit einem warmen Lächeln auf dem Frontbüro begrüßt. Angela P. war der perfekte Gastgeber und das Epitom des Kundenservices. Sehr persönlich und angemessen für unsere Bedürfnisse für unseren Aufenthalt, ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Aufenthalt angenehm war. Neben Erin und Darnell waren das Personal am Frontbüro und die Sicherheitsbeamten hervorragend! Aber die Veranstaltungsgruppe Führung und Personal ist eine andere Geschichte. Es schien, als wollte ein bestimmter Mensch einen Namen für sich selbst machen und dadurch einen großen Teil unserer Freude während unseres Aufenthalts zerstört. Ich werde sagen, er und seine Minions haben uns eine Erinnerung, die für eine ganz lange Zeit gedacht wird; eine genau entgegengesetzte Erinnerung an den wunderbaren Service, den wir am Frontbüro erhalten haben! Kudos an Angela und ihre Mitarbeiter!

This hotel is very close to the airport (about a 5 minute drive). I did see the hotel shuttle to the airport in front of the hotel but we did not use this service. The hotel seemed very clean in the common areas. The breakfast was okay with the standard offerings, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, etc. and it did start at 6am even on the weekends. The room was comfortable with the sink outside of the bathroom which I always find helpful when traveling. Wifi was fine and I had no issues connecting. My only negative was the first day I wanted hot water from the coffee bar in the lobby and I tried 3 different times, hours apart and never did get a cup until the next night. I could have asked but didn't. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and I would stay here again if traveling out of Dulles Airport.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und beunruhigt über unseren Aufenthalt diese Zeit. Die Bedingungen in dieser Lage sind untragbar. Wir sind besorgt über andere Gäste, die erleben, was wir getan haben. Offensichtlich, Es gab keine Ausstattung auf der Botschaftseite und musste neben der Tür zu Homes Suites gehen. Auch nicht offengelegt, war die neu auferlegte Parkgebühr $7. Wenn ich die Gebühr frage, wurde uns gesagt, es war eine neue Managemententscheidung. Offensichtlich wusste die Hotelverwaltung, dass die Zimmer auf der Botschaftseite zu aktualisieren sind. Warum haben wir nicht ein Zimmer in den neu renovierten Home Suites oder andere Optionen angeboten, ist beunruhigend. Die Menschen auf dem Frontdesk haben das oder andere Optionen nicht angeboten. In der Tat waren sie ziemlich unprofessioneller und hilflos. Wir haben in dieser Lage schon mehrmals geblieben und sind lange anwesende Hilton-Mitglieder. Wir fanden die gesamte Erfahrung recht beunruhigend und für jeden Reisenden unzulässig. Hiltons Versäumnis, Kunden wichtige Änderungen an den Anlagen zu vermitteln und keine geeigneten Optionen anzubieten, ist für die Reisenden eine große Sorge.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. Everything in the room I stayed at was functionally sound and is nicely furnished and laid out. While I was there, everything was quiet I was able to get work done there and get well rested. The hotel's atrium is a nice place to chill in addition to the enclosed courtyard. The restaurant serves up some pretty decent fare for reasonable prices. This hotel is right across the street from the mall, and just further down are several more options for shopping and dining. The hotel staff here are hospitable and warm, and always helpful. It's really hard to find anything to fault with this hotel, as just about everything I experienced was excellent. I look forward to staying here again soon when the opportunity permits.

Price wise one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My wife and I could not believe the great service, clean and comfortable room, and incredible buffet breakfast. The general manager was always on hand and made it a point to greet every sinle guest at the breakfast table. My wife and I spent over 20 years in the service hotel industry and were quite amazed at the level of service of this particular property. Well done!

Es liegt hauptsächlich in der Nähe des internationalen Flughafens Dulles, und es gibt alle halbe Stunde einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Wohnte für 1-night und eine wunderbare Halteerfahrung wie üblich mit Best Western. Sehr warm und freundlich willkommen von den 2 Damen auf dem Frontdesk. Sehen wir, dass wir Gepäck haben, haben sie uns ein Zimmer im Boden gegeben, da es keine Aufzug, Autoboot zum Zimmer. Das Hotel wurde weit verbreitet, hat aber eine große WiFi-Deckung. Das Zimmer war 2 Betten, aber ein wenig eng mit einem falschen Essenstisch und 2 Stühle. Sonst gut eingerichtet mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, TV und sehr komfortabel Betten mit einer Auswahl an Kissen. Sehr sauber auch. Das Frühstück ist großartig mit heißem Essen in einer geräumigen Umgebung. Gut wert der Aufenthalt und Wert.

Das Hotel war gut, aber der Grund, warum die Menschen dort bleiben, ist für einen einfachen Zugang zum Flughafen über den Hotelshuttle. Jedoch scheint niemand im Hotel die richtigen Informationen darüber zu haben. Darüber hinaus verlässt es nur, wenn sie fühlen, sie sind bereit. Es gibt keine Anrufe, keine Unterschrift und keine Ankündigung. Amateur-Stunden.
