Wohnte für 1-night und eine wunderbare Halteerfahrung wie üblich mit Best Western. Sehr warm und freundlich willkommen von den 2 Damen auf dem Frontdesk. Sehen wir, dass wir Gepäck haben, haben sie uns ein Zimmer im Boden gegeben, da es keine Aufzug, Autoboot zum Zimmer. Das Hotel wurde weit verbreitet, hat aber eine große WiFi-Deckung. Das Zimmer war 2 Betten, aber ein wenig eng mit einem falschen Essenstisch und 2 Stühle. Sonst gut eingerichtet mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, TV und sehr komfortabel Betten mit einer Auswahl an Kissen. Sehr sauber auch. Das Frühstück ist großartig mit heißem Essen in einer geräumigen Umgebung. Gut wert der Aufenthalt und Wert.

There was one major reason I booked this hotel. They offered 14 day parking, (we were going to be gone for 9 days), so .....bonus. Their website also offered free airport shuttle service from 5AM to midnight, since we had a 7:40AM flight out the next morning, this was ideal. When I asked the front desk clerk about making sure the shuttle would be available for a 5AM departure, she informed me the shuttle operated from 7A to 10P. I showed her the hours posted on the website and she said she was sorry but it was a mistake. We were forced to take an Uber the next morning. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was clean but dated. accommodations were OK for the one night stay. Upon return to Dulles, called for the shuttle. We were told they would be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. We were at the pickup point in under 10 minutes, waited 15 minutes and called again. We were told the driver made a pickup and left. Was told they don't wait for anyone and that we would have to wait another 15 minutes before the shuttle left again because the shuttle operated every 30 minutes. Their website says differently, see pics. To be fair, their website has been updated, since my complaints, to reflect the new shuttle hours but had they been accurate to begin with, that would have steered me to use another hotel in the area to begin with. The number one reason for picking this hotel was the early shuttle, as described on their website, which they didn't offer. Do not use this hotel unless you like to be disappointed. Never again!

Wir prüften gut und fragten, wo man essen könnte. Der Mann auf der Rezeption empfahl ein nahe gelegenes Hotel mit einer 'Irish' Bar ('Irish' in der lockersten Form! ) Er sagte, dass der Shuttle gerne uns nehmen würde und wir eine Zeit arrangiert. Das ging zu planen und wir teilen die Fahrt mit 2 anderen Leuten, sie organisierten eine Rückreise und so taten wir nur ein wenig später. Halbwegs durch unsere Mahlzeit kam der Fahrer zurück und kam zu unserem Tisch, es war nicht in der Nähe unserer arrangierten Sammlungszeit! Wir haben also eine Zeit für ihn später zurückzukommen gesortiert. Wir warten, warten und warten noch mehr. Schließlich gaben wir auf und gingen eine halbe Stunde zurück zum Hotel, ziemlich beschäftigte Straßen und keine Fußwege/Sidewalze, so dass wir vorsichtig sein mussten. Als wir wieder ins Hotel kamen, gab es den Shuttlebus, kein Zeichen des Fahrers und der Empfänger konnte erklären, was passiert war. Jetzt vergiss mich nicht, das Shuttleangebot/idea ist sehr willkommen. Aber es muss in die Praxis gesetzt und richtig gemacht werden. Wenn es eine Notlage gewesen wäre, wäre ein Flughafen betrieben werden etc. dann hätten wir verstanden. Aber der kleine Bus war gerade dort sitzen. Ich sehe aus anderen Bewertungen, dass andere auch Shuttle-Probleme erlebt haben, Glücklicherweise war unser Flughafen nicht so drastisch, aber für diejenigen, die aus den langen Flügen kommt es muss sehr frustrierend sein, offensichtlich etwas, das das Hotel zu behandeln. Das Hotel war aber gut, das Job war gut, das Zimmer war komfortabel genug und das Frühstück ok, war keine extensive Wahl, aber es war gut. Es gibt auch eine Tankstelle, wo wir Sandwiches für unser Fahren haben und sie waren lecker!

Wonderful place to stay if you are leaving from dulles or have any other reason to be in the area. Clean, large room, very quiet. The staff was superb, and the breakfast was very good. Real food, not pre-packaged pastries. They are pet-friendly. When I come back into the country, I will be staying here again!

This hotel is very close to the airport (about a 5 minute drive). I did see the hotel shuttle to the airport in front of the hotel but we did not use this service. The hotel seemed very clean in the common areas. The breakfast was okay with the standard offerings, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, etc. and it did start at 6am even on the weekends. The room was comfortable with the sink outside of the bathroom which I always find helpful when traveling. Wifi was fine and I had no issues connecting. My only negative was the first day I wanted hot water from the coffee bar in the lobby and I tried 3 different times, hours apart and never did get a cup until the next night. I could have asked but didn't. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and I would stay here again if traveling out of Dulles Airport.

I’d like to begin by letting you know the lady at the front desk that checked me in was very sweet, professional, and empathetic. Even though she had to deliver bad news to me, the sting wasn’t there because of how she treated me. I was so tired that it forgot to get her name. We book a room with two double beds because we are traveling with two children. When we checked in at 11:00 PM, after driving for seven hours, I was informed they sold out of all the room types I had already paid for. They gave us a king room with a couch. I let the gal know we had two children and she said she would give extra bedding. When we got to the room, which is quite nice, the couch wasn’t at all as one would expect. It’s three modular cubes. When I picked up the extra bedding, there was enough for only one child. Thankfully we had extra blankets and pillows in our car so we could make a padded area on the floor for child #2. When it was time to sleep we realized the curtain doesn’t close, so the room became quite bright earlier in the morning than we were needing, because there weren’t the type of curtains that completely cover the window. Our bathroom door will not stay closed because it doesn’t latch. The king size bed is nice and the bedding is very nice. The drawers are spacious. We have a refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, and a microwave oven. All work perfectly. There is a space to hang up clothes and a rack above to store luggage. In anticipation of hungry children, I pre-toasted bagels before leaving home and slightly warmed them in the microwave before spreading on the cream cheese. Happy belly’s. (I know, not a healthy breakfast, but it did the job.) we brought along Go-Go Squeeze fruit purées, Danimals drinkable yogurt, and fizzy waters for snacking. We are about to check out the pool, so right now I can’t comment on that.
