It was an excellent experience, really on of the best hotels I have been ever, and I been in 68 different countries up to now. The staff very kind, and the services so nice. The parking place was a bit small for the quantity of people in the hotel. The breakfast very well served, the Bar is open until late at nigth.

The rooms are well appointed, the guest customer service is outstanding from arrival to departure… especially the Front desk team… Nahuel, Emmanuel and the GM Diane! The amenities the hotel provides… Two restaurants, full bar with premium spirits, pool ( heated) and steam and sauna with pool attendant all encompass a relaxing comfortable guest experience. The dedicated activities coordinators is a great idea. I participated in the free cocktail offering in the library room. The Correntoso has in my opinion the best Panoramic hotel views in villa la Angostura. I have stayed at all the luxury hotels in the town and this is the best!! You get what you pay for!! Lastly, the hotel is very accommodating and accessible for those that have physical challenges or disabilities the hotel structure and elevators accommodate those inconvenience if you want to move around and enjoy the hotel property.

This hotel is such a gem right outside the heart of Villa angostura. It is sooo worth the small drive. We had a rental car which was ideal. But truthfully, we could have made the hotel our home base and done without the car. Micaela setup all our tours. Unfortunately I tried to plan things ahead from a popular trace tour site, and was severely disappointed after our first tour. We ended up canceling all the tours I pre-booked and schedule all through the hotel. We did a great walk in the area with Oscar and Charlie took us on an informatics boat trip of the lake. The activities team is very accessible by email and WhatsApp! Food and drinks - unique and charming. Breakfast is served daily In a smaller dining room with a lovely patio for views. The food buffet does not change but was sufficient. For lunch they open up the darling “port” where we had a sampler of empanadas followed by a lovely fresh fish and salad. Dinners were in the dining room. We only did the Christmas Eve party dinner- very festive ans beautiful presentation. We did another night of wines and apps in the bar area. Still very charming. Tomas was our bartender extraordinaire made us custom drinks to our palate! Picture attached. Our room had beautiful views of the lake. Comfortable bed, great room service and charming patio to sit on and read a book! Overall a LOVELY stay and we cannot wait to return!!!

Atención impecable 24/7 de parte de todo el staff del hotel. Instalaciones cómodas y vistas insuperables desde cualquier ventana. Un placer visitarlos y disfrutar unos días en el Sur de nuestro hermoso país. Si tienen la oportunidad, no se lo pueden perder

Début de la fameuse Ruta de Los 7 Lagos un régal pour les yeux. L’hôtel est superbement bien placé. Le personnel est très efficace et sympathique. La vue de la chambre est incroyable……. La restauration est très bonne et la vue des tables magnifique.

Excelente atencion del personal del hotel, siempre atentos a que la experiencia sea maravillosa. Muy buena infraestructura y majestuosas postales. La estadia fue mas alla de las altas espectativas. Mi unica sugerencia es la de armar un servicio de reposeras en la playita en el lago. Recomendado 100%

Estuve hace poco en el restaurant de este lindo Hotel. Uno de los mejores y mas exclusivos de Villa La Angostura en la Patagonia Argentina. Puedes elegir entre una comida de dos o tres tiempos, con maridaje de vinos de la region. Muy buena la comida , la atencion y sobre todo la vista y el ambiente calido de su decoracion y Arquitectura. Un imperdible si van por esa zona.

10 noches inolvidables realmente, todo resultó muy bien, la atención súper, desayuno, el lugar, cenas y los cuartos . Muy silencioso . La música del lugar es única también. Tomamos algunas excursiones y todo resultó muy bien. No encuentro algo negativo salvo tal vez algunos cortos en la comunicación entre conserjería y el restaurante. Nada serio pero deben ponerse de acuerdo sobre todo en la capacidad y reserva de las mesas. Sin dudas es un lugar increíble

La ubicación es insuperable, estás casi sobre el lago! Las habitaciones pequeñas, al igual que el baño, con cortinas de baño viejas. No hay aire acondicionado y sólo hay un ventilador de techo que impresionaba estar un poco suelto, por otra parte, no abríamos las ventanas de noche por los mosquitos. Hay frigobar. El desayunador se hace pequeño a ciertas horas. Desayuno correcto. Hay un lugaua Lo mejor de todo es la piscina, que es climatizada y tiene maravillosas vistas al Lago y montañas. Si vas con niños, puedes usarla sólo hasta las 18 h. Para los niños hay un kids club pequeño, para pintar y jugar, a las 18 llega una chica que los cuida y entretiene. Cenamos en el restorant del hotel, regular, pero no habían muchas más opciones en Angostura. Concluyendo: las vistas son insuperables y la piscina logró compensar todos los detalles negativos expuestos. El personal es extremadamente amable.
