These apartments are in a perfect location and are basic but more than adequate for an enjoyable holiday. The staff are friendly. One downside is that the pool doesn't open until 10 and there are only around 17 sunbeds which leads to a queue first thing in the morning. The sunbed charge is 1 euro per bed per day and personally I would have been happy to pay more if the business purchased more beds. The pool area is clean and water temperature isn't too bad.

Location is good for Los Cristianos with a nice walk along the front to other resorts, however the apartment block was quite residential with many of the apartments being privately owned with permanent residents which for me took away the holiday vibe.

Our main concern was that we had cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. I reported this to reception and was told we couldn’t move rooms! Nobody was sent to clear the cockroaches!!!! So I purchased a can of bug spray and spent the next six days and nights chasing them. What a holiday! Do not go there!!!

Not bad for the price would go again Handy position stayed room only Have looked at booking for this year From what I remember the hotel was dated but clean and presentable no problems with noise or anything Didn’t eat there but did drink at the bar

To be honest I was very weary about going after reading some really awful reviews! Our room was a studio 707T. The view was exceptional onto the pool, prom and sea. The apartment was clean as where towels and bedding. Everything smelt lovely and clean it was such a relief! Ok the apartments do need an upgrade with a few broken tiles on the balcony etc but for a budget hotel it was great. The position was excellent lovely and bars all around. The pool area was open and spacious and the pool was big. Ok again it needs an upgrade but perfectly adequate. The bar was great food and drinks same price as outside lovely friendly staff. Reception staff were lovely very helpful. So I would definitely come here again.

Our Comodoro Apartment was quite basic, but clean and had almost everything we needed - except a toaster though!! The 'keys' business was a bit unusual especially as we weren't told that we needed keys for this and that, including getting into the pool area and pulling ourselves a sunbed. Once we knew, then everything was okay - very nice pool area. The greenery shrubs and trees were really nice, not something you see in the modern hotels. For me, the building's location was ideal - for the first time I had a motability scooter (from Jose) which meant we could go out and about more and enjoy Los Cristianos itself more than we have in over twenty years, our normal stay is way up a lot of hills!! The Comodoro has an area for charging scooters too. There's a nice bar with outside chairs and tables and a restaurant which we didn't use as there are so many good restaurants along the Paseo. Next time we go though, we will hopefully be able to have a front apartment - we had so much wind around our corner apartment that the table and chairs on the balcony blew over!! Yes, it was basic as I said, but we had no complaints apart from the fact that there was no toaster!!
