Beautiful hotel in the town of San Jose de Los Cabos. My husband, son and I had a two room suite. It was beautifully appointed with a nice kitchen with brand new appliances. There was a great Murphy bed for my son in his room and our room had a king size bed and kitchenette. The Murphy bed is much more comfortable than a sofa bed and easy to set up. My son had his own bathroom. My husband and I had a slightly larger bathroom with two sinks. Our rooms had connecting doors. The roof top pool was gorgeous and the views of the nearby mountains was superb. I had the pool to myself most of an afternoon. The hotel is very new so the furnishings and decor are wonderful and modern. It was a short walk to the galleries and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was lovely and very responsive to our needs.

Zimmer waren ok zum Preis. Kein Abwasser riecht für uns. Dusche war aber langsam. Essen war das beste, authentische Mexiko, ich konnte nicht genug essen. Essenswahl war minimal, aber es war wirklich großartig. Die Poolbarten waren langsam, aber schnell, wenn Sie ein paar Bucks für Tipp verlassen. Einchecken war meist schnell. Jedoch wenn Sie in Sie geprüft werden, werden Sie über die Zeit gebraucht, die Leute teilen. Sagen Sie einfach NO. Wir hatten sogar den berühmten Jorge, unser Gepäck zu nehmen, keine Probleme mit ihm, er war freundlich, wissensfähig und schnell. Die einzige große Beschwerde über diesen Ort war das Müll-WiFi. Das WLAN HABT NICHT ein MESH-System. So wie Sie sich über das Resort bewegen müssen Sie mit einem neuen HotSpot verbinden. Infurious, oben, sie verwenden einige Home-gewachsene Crap-Signal im System, so dass Ihr Gerät nie den Benutzername und Passwort erinnern. So jedes Mal, wenn Sie sich anmelden (auch wenn Sie sich zuvor anmelden) müssen Sie die Wi-Fi-Bescheinigungen wieder eingeben. Ich habe eine Weile bessere Wi-Fi bei billigen Hotels in den Bergen Costa Rica in der Mitte von keinem Ort. Es ist 2022 absolut keine Entschuldigung dafür.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Hotelrestaurant ist auch günstiger als die umliegenden Restaurants und empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ist das Hotel neu und wunderbar, aber die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr beeindruckt von der Vorauszahlung beim Check-in und die Erklärung, was ein offener Gutschein ist, der im Hotel verwendet werden kann, ist unzureichend Es war inkompetent . Das Personal außer ihr war freundlich und nett.

I loved my Week at this relatively New Hotel it is walking distance from The Airport I flew Down to SJD Airport YVR Vancouver BC on Air Canada & came back on West Jet Airlines thankfully unlike other Fliers on Southwest or Sunwing etc I had no delays or cancellations.My Room there was big, neat & comfy with a Shower & Toilet & oddly a Sink that was outside of The Bathroom near The Door Entrance.They give offered a free North American Style Breakfast a Buffet that had Scrambled eggs & Ham,Hash Browns,French Toast a few other food items + Coffee & Orange Juice 🍊.This Hotel is one that a Lot of Guests seemed to use it for overnight stays after staying at either Air B&B's & Hotels in San Jose Del Cabo or further Down in Los Cabos because of it's very close proximity to The Airport.I ran into some Travelers from Chicago & Edmonton there.I liked the Staff The Front Desk were efficient & friendly there they were all helpful especially Caesar who was always helpful in anyway possible plus he gave me some good Transport tips.I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying for a day or longer I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future so yeah it gets 2 thumbs up from me👍👍.I liked my time there especially hanging out by the Tranquil Swimming Pool with all The beautiful Mini Palm Trees 🌴 on one side of it.San Jose Del Cabo maybe catch you on The Flip Side in a few years time as Roger Moore/ Lord Brett Sinclair says in The Persuaders Old TV Show to one of his 3 Hitch Hiker Friends in the back after his Front Seat Lady Friend vacates The Front Passenger Seat..next!

Ich möchte einen Mitarbeiter aufmerksam machen, Ricardo war unser Server während der Lounge auf dem Strand-Portion des Resorts. Ricardo arbeitete harter als jemand, den ich sah, ständig bewegen, bestellen, bestellen, setzen Schaumwäsche, bekommen Handtücher, er ist ein Dynamit. Außerdem habe ich zweimal für einen Auftrag gezahlt, wie er in meinem Zimmer belastet wurde, aber ich gab ihm Geld, Ricardo aufrichtig auf den Fehler hingewiesen und mir das Geld zurückgegeben und es auf die Zimmergebühr verlassen. Er hat auch einige harte, betrunkene Frauen handhabt, sehr gratuliert. Dieser Typ auf Mitarbeiter macht mich, Ihren Betrieb zu überprüfen. Danke, dass Sie ihn dort haben, ist sein Vermögen für Ihr Unternehmen.

Wir waren von den Bellboys bei der Voreinfahrt begrüßt. Nach der Ankunft war es eine einfache 10 Minuten zu check-in, und waren in unserem Zimmer und von dem Pool innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Der Pool war schön und hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, aber der Pool war heiß, weil das Wetter fast 90 Grad und sonnig war. Der Service am Pool war groß, die Arbeiter haben eine so große Einstellung und sind immer bereit, zu helfen. Es gibt einen 2. Pool mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die Meeresgewässer, das Wasser und die Yachts entlang der Marine Wanderweg. Es ist nur 5 Minuten von der Stadt mit tonnen von Restaurants, Geschäften und Musik aus allen Nachtclubs sowie Live-Musik in einigen der Outdoor-Platzs. Es ist sehr besetzt am Wochenende und weniger besetzt in der Woche. Das Hotel bietet ein all-inclusive Paket, aber wir haben es nicht gekauft, aber am letzten Tag gab es Frühstück und es war $20.00 USD pro Person. Insgesamt, ein tolles Hotel, und wir können nicht warten, um zurück zu gehen !

Wir habe eine Nacht im Tesoro verbracht, da wir in die Marina mußten. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer, auch unseres zur Marina hin sind recht klein, reichen aber aus. Bitte daran denken, hier gibt es keinen Strand. Abends ist es durch die direkte Lage am Hafen recht laut. Für nur 1-2 Tage sehr empfehlenswert. Auch hier kein früheres einchecken vor der Zeit, 15 Uhr Check In heißt genau 15 Uhr keine Minute früher auch wenn das Hotel nicht ausgelastet ist.

I don’t normally write reviews but I just needed to put my experience out there. I wish someone had been honest about the little things in their reviews. First I’d like to say that I don’t think my issues with our stay reflect the staff so much as the property. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and wants to make your stay as nice as possible. But I wouldn’t say they stand out as a whole compared to other properties/resorts staff. The property visually is stunning and it’s like it’s own little village with little alleys and pathways. It’s built into the mountain and they utilized the natural surroundings and rock structures in a way we don’t see much in the states. The lighting and other details like the heart trees are beautiful. But beauty doesn’t lead to functionality. Our room was absolutely gorgeous but not easy to move around in. The open air concept in the bathroom is beautiful but I just don’t enjoy taking open air showers. Most properties have a big airy bathroom but the shower has a glass surround that you can choose whether you want some cool air with your shower or not. Ok fine, not a deal breaker. Let’s move on. The bathroom door(s) is floor to ceiling barn door style double door. They bolts slide from one side and to shut the door you have to slide the outside panel past the sink, countertop, which makes it awkward if you just need to pop out to get some thing. Again, not a dealbreaker. Moving on. The view from our room was very unique with a dead palm tree right in the middle. It was still a gorgeous view but we’re at the Waldorf Astoria right??? After staying at a different location for four nights prior to our three day stay at WA, I felt great and well rested. Then we came over to the Waldorf…. Between the mosquitos in our room biting me and the mattress, I did not sleep well. The sitting area in our room made the space super cramped and it was difficult to move around. And the only place to lounge in the room is on the bed. Outside by the plunge pool there is no lounger either which I found disappointing. So the only place we can lounge is the shared pool areas and a few spots on the beach. So the biggest issue I had with our room is how “thin” the walls sound. The people above us kept dragging chairs around and it sounded like they were doing that in our room. People walking by outside when our doors were all shut sounded like they were in our room. Our room was along the route to el Farallon so we heard everyone and their loud conversations going to and from the restaurant. All those things together made it a deal breaker for me. The rest of my issues are just added in for extra flavor and some weren’t exactly the WA’s fault. We ended up being seated next to a family with a crying baby for way too many meals, trying to eat outside in the daytime meant covering your food between bites bc the flies were so bad, and don’t think you’ll get to use the one hot tub they have. It’s TINY. And it’s located in the f
