Wir waren von den Bellboys bei der Voreinfahrt begrüßt. Nach der Ankunft war es eine einfache 10 Minuten zu check-in, und waren in unserem Zimmer und von dem Pool innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Der Pool war schön und hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, aber der Pool war heiß, weil das Wetter fast 90 Grad und sonnig war. Der Service am Pool war groß, die Arbeiter haben eine so große Einstellung und sind immer bereit, zu helfen. Es gibt einen 2. Pool mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die Meeresgewässer, das Wasser und die Yachts entlang der Marine Wanderweg. Es ist nur 5 Minuten von der Stadt mit tonnen von Restaurants, Geschäften und Musik aus allen Nachtclubs sowie Live-Musik in einigen der Outdoor-Platzs. Es ist sehr besetzt am Wochenende und weniger besetzt in der Woche. Das Hotel bietet ein all-inclusive Paket, aber wir haben es nicht gekauft, aber am letzten Tag gab es Frühstück und es war $20.00 USD pro Person. Insgesamt, ein tolles Hotel, und wir können nicht warten, um zurück zu gehen !

Wir habe eine Nacht im Tesoro verbracht, da wir in die Marina mußten. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer, auch unseres zur Marina hin sind recht klein, reichen aber aus. Bitte daran denken, hier gibt es keinen Strand. Abends ist es durch die direkte Lage am Hafen recht laut. Für nur 1-2 Tage sehr empfehlenswert. Auch hier kein früheres einchecken vor der Zeit, 15 Uhr Check In heißt genau 15 Uhr keine Minute früher auch wenn das Hotel nicht ausgelastet ist.

I don’t normally write reviews but I just needed to put my experience out there. I wish someone had been honest about the little things in their reviews. First I’d like to say that I don’t think my issues with our stay reflect the staff so much as the property. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and wants to make your stay as nice as possible. But I wouldn’t say they stand out as a whole compared to other properties/resorts staff. The property visually is stunning and it’s like it’s own little village with little alleys and pathways. It’s built into the mountain and they utilized the natural surroundings and rock structures in a way we don’t see much in the states. The lighting and other details like the heart trees are beautiful. But beauty doesn’t lead to functionality. Our room was absolutely gorgeous but not easy to move around in. The open air concept in the bathroom is beautiful but I just don’t enjoy taking open air showers. Most properties have a big airy bathroom but the shower has a glass surround that you can choose whether you want some cool air with your shower or not. Ok fine, not a deal breaker. Let’s move on. The bathroom door(s) is floor to ceiling barn door style double door. They bolts slide from one side and to shut the door you have to slide the outside panel past the sink, countertop, which makes it awkward if you just need to pop out to get some thing. Again, not a dealbreaker. Moving on. The view from our room was very unique with a dead palm tree right in the middle. It was still a gorgeous view but we’re at the Waldorf Astoria right??? After staying at a different location for four nights prior to our three day stay at WA, I felt great and well rested. Then we came over to the Waldorf…. Between the mosquitos in our room biting me and the mattress, I did not sleep well. The sitting area in our room made the space super cramped and it was difficult to move around. And the only place to lounge in the room is on the bed. Outside by the plunge pool there is no lounger either which I found disappointing. So the only place we can lounge is the shared pool areas and a few spots on the beach. So the biggest issue I had with our room is how “thin” the walls sound. The people above us kept dragging chairs around and it sounded like they were doing that in our room. People walking by outside when our doors were all shut sounded like they were in our room. Our room was along the route to el Farallon so we heard everyone and their loud conversations going to and from the restaurant. All those things together made it a deal breaker for me. The rest of my issues are just added in for extra flavor and some weren’t exactly the WA’s fault. We ended up being seated next to a family with a crying baby for way too many meals, trying to eat outside in the daytime meant covering your food between bites bc the flies were so bad, and don’t think you’ll get to use the one hot tub they have. Royal Solaris - super Resort - am Strand - kann für Meilen... besten Server Josue!!! Victor, Angel, Martin, Alfredo auch einige - schöne - gute Herzen Menschen! Es sind die Leute, die das Resort machen - kommen noch 4 Jahre zurück!!! ❤️❤️ Atmosphäre, Lebensmittelauswahl, spezielle Abendessen - so sehr hilfreiches Personal - das sind alles, was uns glücklich machen und uns ein zweites Haus geben - zu kommen zurück. Wir haben jetzt viele mexikanische Leute, die wir als Familie betrachten!!! Shuttle zurück und nach dem Flughafentransport ist hervorragend und helfen bei vielen Aktivitäten, die wir immer zur Verfügung stellen wollen!

Wir hatten eine Gruppe von 6 in einer 2-Zimmer-Villa, um den 25. Geburtstag meiner Tochter zu feiern. Das Resort ist schön ....rein, modern und gut ausgestattet. Check-in war reibungslos und wir genossen uns die Poolzeit, während wir auf unser Zimmer warten, um bereit zu sein. Die Villa war schön. Ich liebte die weißen und zeitgenössischen Möbel. Hausaufbewahrung war sehr gut mit Tageswechseln und Zimmer auf der Rückseite gefrierd. Die Küche ist geräumig, da wir das Frühstück und Mittagessen die meisten Tage vorbereitet. Kleine Details, aber die Küchen könnten ein Cookie-Blätter für Backen und ein größeres Fräsen verwenden. Wir genossen den Pool jeden Tag und fanden viele Lounge-Stühle verfügbar, als wir nach unten gingen. Kein Grund, Ihren Platz früh am Morgen zu bekommen. Liebe, aufzustehen, um den Sonnenaufgang am Strand zu beobachten. Kein Schwimmen hier, da der Unterwäsche stark ist, aber wir liebten, den Strand zu Fuß. Essen in Javiers und am Pool war schrecklich. Margarita's sind sehr gut, und der Service ist hervorragend. Der Laden auf dem Grundstück hat grundlegende Bedürfnisse, aber gefunden hat die lokale Selecto Chedraui hat eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl von frischem Tortilla, Likör, Wein und Essen. Wir lieben, von der besetzten Cabo San Lucas zu bleiben, bevorzugt San Jose-Gebiet für unsere Familie.

Beautiful hotel in the town of San Jose de Los Cabos. My husband, son and I had a two room suite. It was beautifully appointed with a nice kitchen with brand new appliances. There was a great Murphy bed for my son in his room and our room had a king size bed and kitchenette. The Murphy bed is much more comfortable than a sofa bed and easy to set up. My son had his own bathroom. My husband and I had a slightly larger bathroom with two sinks. Our rooms had connecting doors. The roof top pool was gorgeous and the views of the nearby mountains was superb. I had the pool to myself most of an afternoon. The hotel is very new so the furnishings and decor are wonderful and modern. It was a short walk to the galleries and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was lovely and very responsive to our needs.

Dieses Hotel wurde nach der Prüfung einer Reihe von Optionen im Korridor und San Jose del Cabo ausgewählt. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr. Die allgegenwärtige Kunst, freundliches Personal und einzigartige Lage waren eine schöne Pause von unseren “normalen” Aufenthalten in Los Cabos. Das Hotel befindet sich an einem Punkt mit der Marina auf zwei Seiten und die Aussichten aus den Zimmern sind im Allgemeinen einen kleinen Teil der Marina und des öffentlichen Strandes vor dem Meer von Cortez übersehen. Der Strandclub ist ein kurzer Bootsfahrt entfernt mit dem Hotel, das einen “Bootsshuttle” Service den ganzen Tag aufrechterhält. Service sowohl am Dachpool als auch am Strandclub waren ausgezeichnet. Der Dachpool ist mit der langen Seite des Meeres gezielt, so dass eine große Aussicht ohne zu viel zu besetzt fühlen kann. Der Strandclub ist auch malerisch und gut in einem Keller mit leichtem Surf gelegen. Das Hotel ist ein wunderschöner Ort, der sich von der „normalen“ Resort entfernt. Kunst, Atmosphäre und Service machen dieses mittelgroße Hotel wie ein Boutique-Erlebnis ausführlich.
