Was such a beautiful place and was near everything. Was in walkable distance to many places. Definitely recommend this place, and would stay again!

The hotel was very clean. People were friendly. Parking was included. It's a short drive to the convention center downtown.

Overall solid stay. The hotel is a bit dated. However, the property is clean and the service is great. Check-in was quick and the employees were quick to attend to our requests.

Nice, friendly staff hotel very clean. wall paper a little dated but very clean. Bed and pillows where comfortable for us. They supply 2 water bottles for coffee, need more condiments for more then 1 cup. bring your own drinking water are there is a little store you could walk too. I would stay again. Was 2o min from Universal Studios.

The restaurant was closed at 8pm on a Friday evening even though the operating hours posted was to 9pm. I planned on having dinner there, but had to go elsewhere.

Check in was fast and courteous. Our first room had a broken A/C unit, but we were moved to another room as soon as the front desk was aware. Both of the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here to be close to work and the location was very convenient between downtown and getting over to the westside. The hotel was very clean, fantastic air conditioning, and the staff were very helpful. The only things I couldn't get to work were the tv and hair dryer.

My daughter and I stayed at this property for the weekend. It was easy to walk around Koreatown as it was well located. It was very clean and well cared for. It was quiet and allowed good sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a storage room for luggage so when you check out that day but don't have a flight until later that evening. Most importantly we felt very safe. Would stay here again.
