Our stay at the Hotel Bel-Air was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of care and attention to detail. Highlights from our visit: Arrival & Service: Landon at valet was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making a busy job look easy. Danny then settled us into our room, demonstrating the tech controls and lighting the fireplace. The Front Desk: Leo at reception truly listened to our request for a quiet room and made us feel like our comfort was his top priority. He even followed up the next day to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Spa & Pool: We enjoyed daily visits to the spa. Tiffany gave a wonderful tour, and Desiree went above and beyond to help coordinate with housekeeping. At the pool, Brian and Juan were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our relaxation time even more pleasant. Housekeeping: The team was so kind, especially Estela, who was a total lifesaver! She went out of her way to help retrieve an item that had been accidentally discarded. Dining: Dinner was spectacular. Gilbert, Luigi, Christian and hostess Amanda took expert care of us. We were especially impressed by Chef Pablo’s creativity with the vegan options—it’s rare to find such thoughtful plant-based dishes at this level. Melissa’s check-in also ensured our evening was perfect. In addition to top-tier service, the Bel-Air offers a lush, secluded setting. A true oasis making you feel worlds away from the hustle of LA. As former Thousand Oaks residents, the local strawberries left in our room were a nostalgic and "tasty" touch that made us feel right at home.
