Centrally located on the West side of LA, 0.5 miles from the Century City Westfield mall ⦾ 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms ⦾ 1700 sqft ⦾ Open concept kitchen, living room, dining ⦾ Well-equipped kitchen with new appliances ⦾ Reverse osmosis filtered water ⦾ Fast Fiber WiFi throughout (tri-band mesh routers) ⦾ Driveway parking for 2 cars ⦾ Premium cotton bedding ⦾ Eco-friendly & organic soaps ⦾ Family friendly: Pack n play, high chair, stair gate Guests have full and private use of the entire house and property. It is a freestanding house, only one house on the property. There are 2 spots in the driveway in front of the gate, Tesla EV charger. Please note there is no street parking in this area (only 2 hours street parking allowed during the weekdays only) unless using a parking pass, 1 parking pass provided.
