Unquestionably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! 1. No pet policy. Show me where it says No Pets on the web site. 2. No heat in Room. 3. No blankets in room. 4. Spa not working. 5. Electriicity went out for 6 hours. 7. Grounds on property not maintained. 8. Not located in Loreto !! Way out of town. 9. Over priced. This hotel will be out of business this year (2022) unless they strat improving everything. Obviously, there is a problem with funding. Worst hotel ever.

Das Anwesen hat eine fantastische Lage … aber es ist voller Probleme. Die allgemeinen Reparaturen und die Sauberkeit der Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Lobby, Gehwege, Restaurant) müssen alle in Angriff genommen werden. Angesichts der geringen Auslastung kann ich mir vorstellen, dass weitere Investitionen eine Herausforderung darstellen. Das Personal ist sehr unmotiviert und das sieht man ihnen an, als ob sie in einer Mannschaft wären, die verliert, und es ihnen wirklich wichtig wäre. Vielleicht liege ich falsch, aber so interpretiere ich es. Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa del Palmar, die in allen Bereichen erstklassig ist, also war ein Aufenthalt hier für eine Nacht vielleicht durch die vorherige Woche abgestumpft. Für den Preis ist es einfach okay.

Upon our arrival Everything was fine until the second day we experienced like mosquito bits on our legs and part of our backs. At the end of our stay we found that we have BED BUGS call the resort regarding the infestation until now no response back from the Manager Room #231.

The price was really good. Snorkeling, beach and swimming was great. Recommend getting ocean view with balcony. Great small pool. There was a fridge which we did not have elsewhere. Downside was there was no inside dining for lunch or dinner when it was windy. Nothing to do in evening. No transportation to real Loreto except taxis which were expensive. There Are lots of restaurants on ***** within walking distance. Restaurant prices higher then expected.

The standard room didn’t have a window that opened. Stuffy except for AC. The hot tub was cold and also the pool. The “Sports Bar” was never open.

This property sits on about 100 acres with beach access and a lovely golf course with unbelievable views. Large rooms and huge grounds. We watched pelicans and diving birds fish in front of us on a half mile beach with about 12 other people. It’s amazing value.
