EETC - Eat Travel ConnectVery helpful owner who is the 6th owner of the Fuyulou (Fuyu Building). I suggest you shall book the hotel first before you book for any other tour arrangement at tulou. The hotel owner will be able to provide a very personalised tour arrangement with reasonable price and with local advise. Hotel is clean and feels like home. Food is good too at the hotel. We had our dinner every night at the hotel. Very highly recommended stay, food and tour.

KKalyakornBeautifully designed and renovated earth building! It was nice to get to stay in one of the tulous itself. We rented the whole building of 6 rooms for our family. All rooms are on the 2nd floor. 5 out of 6 rooms have a bathroom that is on a separated floor from the bedroom. There’s only one room that has bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. So, it may not be ideal for the elders. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. There’s a small stream of river flowing in front of the house throughout the village. Very serene. We got to see locals living their usual lives, farming and picking crops. However, it’s a bit far from any main tulou sights. The staff were very nice, but lack knowledge of the attraction sights.

GGastnutzerThis hotel is located in a very friendly, small village. We stayed three nights and freely walked the village and the Tulous often being stopped by curious villagers to ask us where we are from. It’s clear foreigners are few and far between in this village but everyone was very welcoming. We have no complaints about the cleanliness, location or breakfast. The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful. If you are a light sleeper (like my friend) the babies crying in the next room or the child and father laughing and chatting in the other room till gone midnight might bother you. If you’re a deep sleeper like me, you’ll be fine! The hotel staff didn’t really offer much information to us initially. You’re kind of left to it. But when I added them to wechat they did answer questions we had and they cleaned the room when asked. For future reference here’s some information for foreigners who make make the journey.
We found two good restaurants in the village and there are small shops with basic necessities. You can arrange a car to take you to different Tulous driving distance away or you could just walk through the village and into neighbouring villages exploring the more authentic Tulous. To be honest, the “tourist” Tulous weren’t of much interest and didn’t take a single photo. The more authentic, natural, “left to their own devices” ones were much more appealing to us. You can’t get the typical shot from a hilltop of a small group of round Tulous here in this village but you can get so much more of an authentic small, relaxing, quiet village experience at your own pace. We had a driver from Xiamen airport - 3.5 hours there because he didn’t take the highway but the provincial road. On the way back to the airport we came via the highway and it was 2 hours. It’s quite far away but we think it’s very worth it if you go prepared. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. We booked this hotel, therefore the location based on the look of comfort and the fact we wanted traditional, with modern amenities so we could relax as well as explore. It ticked all those boxes.

I appreciated that the room could be aired via opening the windows instead of constant use of air-conditioning. Friendly staff although very few spoke English. Unfortunately, no English speaking TV channels available.

LljpcEnjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner.

AAshinnoIf you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the hotel located near the train station. The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the train station.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need.
One of the things I appreciated most about this
Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay near the train station, I highly recommend it!

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist gut gelegen, wo es einen Supermarkt direkt neben der Tür und die meisten der touristischen Attraktionen sind in der Nähe zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber die Minibar scheint fehlen. Das Frühstück war angemessen, aber es wäre besser, wenn Kaffee angeboten wird. Der Massageservice im Hotel war sehr gut. Das Feuerwerk während des Neujahres war Lärm, aber sonst ist es ein schönes Hotel insgesamt.

惠惠youngI came here alone and was so captivated by the charm of this place that I stayed for two days. A neighbor who was like an older sister to me here took me to the observatory. Everyone helped me and they were so kind. I was very lucky to be able to stay at the Chengqi Tower. I want to express my respect for the greatness of the Hakka people. I am leaving after receiving such a valuable experience and emotion. I hope everyone here will be blessed with good luck. *Boss. It would be nice to have a wall mirror in front of the table in the guest room. And it would be better if the towels were a little bigger.🤭

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist neu renoviert in Y2023, so dass die Einrichtungen neu, sauber und gut sind. Es befindet sich auch in der Nähe der wichtigsten Landhausattraktionen, obwohl es Auto benötigt, um sich wie bei allen anderen Hotels in diesem Bereich zu bewegen. Es gibt ein schönes und vernünftig bezahltes Restaurant neben der Tür für Mahlzeiten und gute lokale Gerichte. Wir genossen den Komfort und Gastfreundschaft dieses Familienrestaurant.
Der Hotel-Rezeption Service ist gut und hilfreich mit sofortigen Maßnahmen zu Fragen. Für Gäste, die mehr als 1 Nacht übernachten, tägliche Hausaufbewahrung auf Nachfrage oder andere Reinigungsmittel werden nicht reinigen oder Zimmer usw.
