"We were staying here for 2 nights because of its proximity to Brands Hatch circuit.  The room was very clean but very cold on arrival.  However, luckily, we discovered a heater in the wardrobe.  The dining experience was not good….the menu is very sparse and the service was very poor.  They only had one very sweet rose’ wine available and we had to go to the bar to buy it as we couldn’t locate anyone to serve us.  On Friday evening, they seemed to only have one waitress on duty and the hotel was full.  When the bill arrived, after perusing it, we discovered that they had added a service charge to it which we did not pay.  Whilst checking the bill later, we discovered that they had added an extra glass of wine to it, which we didn’t have.  This is not a cheap hotel but the restaurant/service does not match their aspirations.  We only stay here because of its location and would willingly stay elsewhere if there was a hotel available."

"Ein großes Pub, um für ein langes Wochenende zu bleiben. Wir blieben dort, um das Rennen bei Brands Hatch für zwei Tage zu beobachten und Sie konnten nicht näher an den Kreislauf sein. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, wir hatten ein Ribeye Steak und wir reden immer noch eine Woche später darüber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und wenn sie unser Glas leer sahen, wurde es schnell gesammelt und aufgefrischt. Wir werden in Zukunft nochmals dort bleiben. Robert Giddens aus Cornwall"

"Insgesamt waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt angenehm überrascht, da es unser erster Aufenthalt in dieser Hotelkette war. Die Lage war praktisch, direkt neben der A2, aber dennoch ruhig in unserem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, der Kundenservice war großartig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war so viel besser als bei den etablierteren Ketten. Es gibt auch einen unabhängigen Kaffeestand nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt. Er heißt Grounded Coffee und wir empfehlen einen Besuch. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ ruhig. Die Nachbarschaft ist ein Wohngebiet. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Familienzimmer sind komfortabel, die Badezimmer sind groß, die Standardzimmer bieten keinen Platz für Zustellbetten, die Zimmer sind moderat und die Morgen sind in Ordnung. Eine 15-minütige Fahrt zum Gravesend Center, es gibt eine gute hausgemachte Mahlzeit, das Buffet ist 16,9 Pfund pro Person für sofortige Bestellung. Kostenlose Parkplätze"
