It includes a wine cooler too, and a dining area seating up to four guests. There’s also a dedicated desk space for working for those that want or need to.The WiFi is good and there are USB ports in the bedrooms and one in the kitchen area.The property is heated by an air-source heat pump and has underfloor heating.OUTSIDEThe garden which used to be a working dairy, is enclosed and private for guest use only. There are recently planted wildlife-friendly borders, a large patio area; garden furniture and sun beds in the summer months, and of course the hot tub which is available for guests all year round.Guest accessGuests have access to the full property for their sole use, including the private enclosed garden and parking area to the rear of the Pigeon House.Other things to noteWIFI/MOBILEThere is limited mobile reception in our village. However our WiFi is good, so you’ll have no problem keeping in contact with friends and family. Just remember to enable WiFi calling on your mobile.WOOD BURNER. One basket of logs per stay is provided from November to March. Whilst not on our actual property please be aware that at some times of the year, there may be increased agricultural machinery on local roads and from time to time there may be farmyard smells and sounds.Access to neighbouring farms is not available to guests.No smoking or E-cigarettes permitted anywhere on the property.Maximum number of guests is 4 (including children).
