Ich habe eine Woche in diesem Hotel aufgrund einer Geschäftsreise verbracht. Das Hotel hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört nahezu nichts, wenn man auf dem Zimmer ist. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Das Essen ist ganz gut, es gibt eine gute Breite Auswahl aber es ist immer mal etwas nicht verfügbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Peter und Miguel im Restaurant. Auch wenn man keinen Tisch reserviert hat, wurde meist ein Tisch innerhalb kürzester Zeit gefunden. Mit Peter kann man super smalltalk führen! :)

War gut. Zimmer sind schlicht, aber völlig ausreichend. Betten sind wirklich gut. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Miguel + Peter waren top Servicekräfte. Insgesamt waren aber alle sehr zuvorkommend. Für Businesstrips ist es wirklich ideal.

We stayed here just before our Christmas holiday , The hotel is still very nice , clean and good staff , but …. Check inn was 3pm we arrived a bit early so had a drink while we waited , hotel was freezing cold , we did ask to put heaters on which they did , wife ordered a cup of tea which came with milk that had gone off , Evening meal : we was given a menu and told it was very limited on items , to be honest it was more than just limited , they did t even have a chef to cook it until a hour after service had meant to have started !! We decided to scrap that and order from Domino’s pizza , If you order direct from domino’s it’s a staggering £20 delivery !!!!! But if you do it through just eat it was £3:99 , so save your self a few quid . Breakfast was a huge disappointment , swimming in grease , the hash browns were like sponges for it , the bread and croissants were rock hard . So very very disappointed to say the least . We did mention it to the staff member (A pregnant girl ) who said sorry il mention it then walked away . All in all , Room clean and tidy food absolutely shocking and will think twice before eating here again . Parking £9 per night

Premier plus room was excellent - very comfortable stay before flying out the following morning Only criticisms Unclear parking - lots of warnings about the parking - I paid for it before entering the hotel - then seen the code when checking in you go in - this should be made clearer Coffee machine in room - a small user guide would have been handy - coffee came out tepid at best

The staff made me feel very welcome Jamie , Georgiana , Abbie all where very friendly am happy to help with any needs or requests I would definitely stay again. Karl and Ovi make a perfect pizza. Environment was really positive and drinks were top quality.

Fantastic premier plus room, big shout out to the housekeeping team. Best hotel stay in a while, deff will book pi for future night out. Breakfast was tasty and fresh with a very welcoming vibe in restaurant due to the great customer service from the pi team.

Georgiana, worst person I ever had to deal with, she made my check in very uncomfortable and acted unprofessional. Having AirPods, being on her phone and making fun with her colleagues about the guests that were just in front of me. I will definitely come back when you get rog of her

Had a lovely experience at this premier inn, we weren't able to have breakfast during our stay due to an early flight but the evening meal we had was exceptional, the steak tasted high quality and was cooked to perfection! My partner had the gammon and said this was delicious too! We were told the chefs were Karl & Liviu! and our servers were Abbie & Kia who really looked after us. Would recommend to anyone!

Hotel excellent. Staff really welcoming and helpful. Food delicious and well presented. Stayed at many Premier Inns and rate this one at the top. Served by Kia and Abbie. Chefs were Karl and Livin. Ambiance of this hotel was exceptional Well done all!!!
