Worst experience ever! Never thought this would happen when booking a 5 star appartement (€1000 for 4 nights) Booked for 3 people, 1 bedroom and the sofa couch for myself. First night slept horrible, the bed of the sofa couch is so thin you can feel the iron bedframe through the bed which hurts. I told the reception about it and the first thing they said: we never received complaints about this and we do not have another bed. To make it a bit more comfortable for myself I put the couch pillows on the floor and the bed on top of that. I had to try something. Still not the best however. The next day I went to the reception again to tell them I now sleep on the floor. Again the person told me they never heard anyone complain about the sofa couch before. (As if I like sleeping on the floor?) Of the bed was ok to sleep on I would not have slept on the floor obviously. She told me I could upgrade it to a 2 bedroom appartment but I had to pay for it. Really? I Just told you I sleep on the floor because the bed is not right and now you tell I have to pay for an upgrade. Unbelievable really! They would bring an extra topper to the room to lay in top of the bed, but this never happened. Would never come here again! (The appartement itself is very nice and the bed in the bedroom is also very good I got notified about)

We travel to London as a family of 3 regularly. Sanctum is definitely the best place we have stayed in London over the years. My 4 year old hates hotels as they are single rooms and she gets bored. So this time we stayed in Sanctum Maida Vale for a week and loved it. The staff is great, they are friendly and very helpful. They make you feel at home. The housekeeping is also very helpful, understanding and do their jobs great. Our living area was full of my toddler's stuff and they tidied up after her well. The property is very well equipped. We stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment. We had a big bedroom, a living and dining area, a nice kitchen with all kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave and a large fridge. Being Muslim, it is hard to find different varieties of halal food all the time so kitchen was important for us. But the catch is the balcony. The weather was so warm during our stay and we enjoyed the balcony very much. Overall, the apartment and beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Everything was in working order. Location wise, it is very close to Central London. There is tube and bus stops in walking distance. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants available on Kilburn High Road. Little Venice and Edgware Road are walking distance. We will definitely be back to Sanctum in future visits. Thank you for everything.

The booking and check-in was very smooth. The lobby is impressive with a 24-hour front desk service. We checked in late in the night and were very impressed with the generously size 3 bedroom apartment with four full bathrooms. Our family of four became six after two nights and five for the next few days. In the last four days we were only four people in this huge apartment. All was going well until the day… Our grandson came back from London Zoo with face paint which we later decided to remove before he went to bed. We used one of the towels (wetting it) and got the paint out. Agreed that 1/20th of the towel was stained which is typical but having done that several times back home, we knew it needed just one wash for the colour to get off the towels. My husband got a call a few hours later on the apartment phone, from one of the reception staff by the name of Mr. Krzysztof, telling him that there was blood on the towel and it was ruined. Several points to make here- when you assume something or go on heresay you always give the other accused party a chance to respond. My husband told him it was face paint but Mr. Krzysztof stood his ground also ignoring the black paint that was with the red paint (spider man theme ). Secondly, he did not ask how the guest was if he had seen “so much blood”. He could not be bothered and said we had to compensate for the towel! I went downstairs a little while later and had a conversation with him in a stern tone but never raising my voice. He refused to believe me so I asked to speak with the manager. He called the manager and told him that I was screaming in the lobby. The second staff at the front desk is proof to the fact that I did not raise my voice. Viola! The manager voiced the same words as Mr. Krzysztof and said it was blood! All based on what was told to them by housekeeping who did not speak a word of English. I told him that this was a insignificant cost to the company if at all the towel was ruined and he said it was not as they were “a small company” and could not absorb the cost. I didn’t know that there were many meanings to the term “small company”. It also meant that you had to go to front desk to get extra sheets, you are given only seven towels as that is the number of maximum guests allowed in the apartment of that size and no more (they actually made me go and check how many towels and hand towels I had and report back to them so they could decide if I could have more) and also, all the toiletries are just a starter kit as per the manager. You have to then use your own and nothing is replenished. There was one day that two towels were not replaced in one of the bathrooms and they refused to believe me that the towels were not replaced. What is it with these towels! The conversation ended with me asking them to wash the towel and see the outcome. A wet towel came back to me a little while later, with tiny smears of red still on them. I washed it in the apartment , completely back to its sh

Schönes neues Hotel in ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem relativ nah am Paddington Station. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Crew des Hotels war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind richtig schön und für Londoner Verhältnisse geräumig. Wenn man möchte kann man auch Frühstück oder Mittagessen dort bestellen oder an der Bar einfach einen Drink bestellen. Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Dieses Mal lebte ich mit Freunden. Die Hotelhalle war 10 Punkte schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr online. Ich sah uns so viele Gepäck mit sofortigen Hilfe. Aber vielleicht hat das Hotel eine bestimmte Geschichte, so dass die Zimmerausstattung relativ schwach ist und das Bett sehr hart ist. Das Wohnzimmer ist eine Suite, das Bad ist sehr groß , aber die gleiche Dekoration ist weniger modern

Auch nicht zu weit von Hyde Park/Marble Arch/Oxford Street entfernt. Zimmer renoviert seit ich hier zuletzt vor Pandemie war und es macht so ein anderes für sie. Super sauber, auch komfortable Betten und moderne Duschen / Badezimmer. Bar und italienisches Restaurant neben der Tür integrale zu Das Hotel (Carluccios). Kann ein Glas Wein nach dem Schließen in Ihr Zimmer nehmen, wenn Sie bei der Rezeption fragen (dank) (nicht sofort um das Hotel herum), aber wenn ich weg bin, um zu arbeiten, ist das kein Problem, da Carluccios gut genug ist. Auch wenn auf Urlaub, es ist eine kurze 15-minütige Taxifahrt nach Oxford Street. Wunderbare Frühstückswahl am Morgen auch in Carluccios, aber von der Hotelpersonal laufen. Alles, was Sie sich vorstellen könnten, würden Sie für Frühstück und einen großen Platz, um nicht zu köen für einen Tisch. Es scheint ein sicheres Abflussbereich (zwischen dem Hotel und Regent's Park). Und eine schöne alte Tinkirche auf dem Spaziergang von Maida Vale zum Hotel! USB-Ladepunkte in den (zumindest renovierten) Zimmern. Oh und im Sommer in heißen Tagen geben sie Ihnen kostenlose Eiscreme!

Dieses Hotel fühlt sich für mich besser an. Die günstige Lage auf einem kleinen Hügel, Züge und Gleise sind vor dem Hotel zu sehen. Obwohl die Hoteleinrichtungen etwas alt sind, sind die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, sie sind relativ groß und die Badezimmer sind groß. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist besonders reichhaltig, mit einer großen Auswahl und einer eleganten Umgebung, für £ 11 pro Person. Der Service an der Rezeption war auch höflicher.

Beste Lage, freundliches Personal und sauberes Bett. Aber die Aussicht ohne Nainjaango wurde auch in die Ecke des ersten Stocks der Fischerei gelegt, und als Baang wirklich in die Dusche kam, wurde er joggen und zerrissen. Chi-lin Dae Kushi-yeon ist der schlimmste der Hunden.

Ich war schon mal in The Black Lion, aber das ist das erste Mal seit dem Revamp. Was die wunderbare Architektur angeht, ist das mein Lieblingspub in London. Die Decke ist besonders wunderbar. Die Bar-Beschäftigten sind sehr willkommen, haben einen Drink gefangen und dann in unserem sehr beeindruckenden und renovierten Essensraum gekommen. Kann das neue indische Menü nicht hoch genug empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Reihe von Gerichten als unverzügliches Geschmackplatte und alles geschmackte frisch. Erstaunliche Geschmacksmuster und sogar einen ausführenden Container, um die Restmengen zu Hause zu nehmen. Alles wurde mit einigen leckeren deutschen Rothaus Pilsner abgewaschen. Werden zurück ASAP!

Ich war besorgt, dass es ein 28-person Zimmer war, aber ich fühlte mich sicher, der Service war gut, und ich wartete nie auf die Dusche! Es ist ein bisschen vom Zentrum der Stadt entfernt, aber ich denke, es ist 10 Minuten entfernt, wenn Sie den U-Bahn-Schienen nehmen! Der U-Bahn kam jede 1-2 Minuten, so es gab keine große Unannehmlichkeit ~ Das Bett war schwer und die dunklen Gräber waren auf jedem Bett.

Schrecklich vom Anfang an. Buchte das Hotel wegen der Lage und den schönen Fotos der Zimmer. Leider gibt dies keine Reflexion über das Hotel. Keine Vorankunftsinformation. An dem Tag der Ankunft rief das Hotel an und sie hatten kein Zeichen von meiner Buchung. Es wurde mir gesagt, dass ich eine Rückrufe erhalten würde, aber niemand mehr als eine Stunde gerufen. Als ich mich selbst zurückrufen wollte, gab es plötzlich kein Problem und meine Buchung hatte wieder aufgetaucht. Auch beachten Sie, dass während sie Parkplatzwerbung, zahlen sie £35 pro Nacht. Bonkers. Das Zimmer war auf der vierten Etage und ich war Angst, die letzte Treppe zu gehen. Die Treppen sind eindeutig auf dem Wolken und sieht gefährlich aus. Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Ich konnte die Lichter nicht so weiter arbeiten, bis wir uns ein bewusst, dass es einen Kunststoffbeutel über die Lichter gab, da sie eindeutig nicht arbeiten. Der Klimaanlage, während sie arbeitet und mächtig, hatte einen schrecklichen Geruch. Das führte dazu, dass das Fenster die ganze Nacht offen gehalten werden muss, um das Zimmer kühl zu halten. Das Bett war das schlimmste Einzelbett, das ich jemals in meinem Leben geschlafen habe. Das ist nicht übertrieben. Ich verbrachte die halbe Nacht, um aufgrund des Rückenschmerzens aus dem Bett im Stuhl zu schlafen. Am Morgen sahen wir, dass über dem Bettstuhl ein Holzblätter lag, wie es offensichtlich gebrochen war. Das Frühstück ist eine Gräberschaft. Die Auswahl bestand aus Brot, Hammerkäse und Stachelcroissants. Es gab Getreide, aber keine Milch. Brot, aber kein Butter. Vollreißen. Wenn ich 70 £ - 80 £ bezahlt hätte, würde ich die Erfahrung abschreiben, um einen günstigen Deal zu erhalten und die Folgen zu leiden. Jedoch habe ich 170 £ für eine Nacht bezahlt. Das ist kriminell. Wie ich über GroupOn reserviert habe, bin ich nicht sicher, dass ich die Möglichkeit haben, eine Erstattung zu erhalten. Bitte vermeiden. Zu allen Kosten. P.S Nur jetzt auschecken. Mein Badezimmer ist komplett überschwemmt, weil kein Duschegarten bedeutet, dass das Wasser einfach aus dem Badezimmer fliegt.

Wir blieben in einer der Wohnungen, für eine Nacht. Es war ein Doppel mit einer Suite und einer Küchenzeile! Das Zimmer war sauber und schön dargestellt! Der Eigentümer/Betreuer war sehr freundlich. Er hat uns auch empfohlen, wie man eine Erstattung von Booking.com erhalten kann, nachdem wir nicht in das ursprüngliche Zimmer überprüfen konnten, das wir mit einem anderen Gasthaus gebucht hatten! Wir würden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben! Danke ☺️
