Stayed as a single for a trip to Covert Garden . Very small 'superior' single room although this did have a large bed . Facilities were clean ; but a shame there was no bedside light , so either bright overhead lights or darkness. A lot of gurgling noises from the pipes all night . Coffee machine did not work properly. Bed was comfortable . Breakfast was fairly good and the staff were helpful . This would be a better review were it not for my experience in the shower in the morning . From a comfortable temperature, the water suddenly turned scalding hot and I had to leap out of the shower. My skin was visibly reddened ( and I have pigmented skin) . Very worrying to think what could have happened with an older person or a child. There must be a failure of thermostatic control if the cold water supply is being used elsewhere. I notified the front desk about this and I hope that the situation is corrected asap for the future safety of other guests.

Though I prepaid to reserve the room, there was no room available when I arrived. It was shocked to be aware of clear discrimination durning the stay with Radisson Blu group in UK (both London and Manchester). In London, I was asked to move to another hotel and also had to pack twice because of room change. After traveling several countries with totally different experience in Radisson Blu as corporate contracted hotels, I m afraid I would not bet any of my travel plan with this hotel any more in the future.

房間巨小。因為發現每次在攜程上訂的房間，到歐洲都會被給最差的位置，最低的樓層。所以這次入住之前還專門找攜程確認是不是他們承包了所有差户型，攜程説不是這樣的。然後，我就拜託攜程客服幫助溝通一個好一些位置的房間，高樓層和安靜些的。攜程也答覆溝通好了。然後，我入住的時候也説了想要高樓層的房間，可是******，無數我的想法，給了我一個一層的房間，我想一層就一層吧，我去了房間一看傻了，房間也就十平方，沒有窗户，單面下床，特別臟，像個倉庫。我都驚呆了，我明明定的是甄選房22平米的，這間屋子沒有辦法住人，然後我回到前台提出了換一個高樓層安靜些的房間，這次換了一個***，給了我一個緊守着五層樓梯口的房子，房間又小又臟，搞得我很無語，衹好放下行李，連夜找其它酒店。把後面幾天的退訂了。但是更奇葩的是，我後面找到royal Lancaster，還被一個能説中文的同胞騙了，我怎麼就不記得，在國外第一要務就是防火防盜防同胞呢，後來我找到了酒店**，他很好，按照之前約定的價格把差價都推給我了。事情是這樣的，我當天晚上找到royal Lancaster酒店，看了房間，問了價格，奢華間的門市價是468胖，然後我定好房間，坐在大廳裏東張西望，因為不想回老破小的raddission，所以就在royal的大廳休息，然後陸續有夫妻，情侶，一家四口來入住，酒店都給的是468胖一間的價格。第二天一早，我帶着行李從raddission來到royal，一進門看到一箇中國女生，看樣子像前台經理，我特別高興，有人可以講中文，誰知道，就是因為我要説中文，竟然讓我多付款了1400胖。我問為什麼和之前談好的價格不一樣，這個東北大姐竟然告訴我説，因為昨天給我登記入住的是一個人，但是我還帶了一個12歲的孩子要額外收費，我當時也傻了，竟然就付款了。然後在去玩的車上越想越不對，因為我記得昨晚看到很多入住的家庭情侶並沒有因為兩個人入住而被多收費。於是我一整天遊玩都心不在焉，覺得是因為自己傻才被同胞騙了。後來晚上回到酒店，趕忙找到了昨天晚上值班的****，他查看了我的訂單以後，很快就把我多付款的1400胖退給我了。雖然現在我還沒有收到退款，但是我想他既然答應了，應該會退給我。所以説出國在外一定不要相信當地的華語人。誰知道他們經歷過什麼**，於是**了呢。真的給了我一次強有力的教訓。我覺得大家在寫成上訂房間一定要謹慎。有問題及時溝通，解決不了一定要止損，不要忍耐。要大膽的提出問題，衹要合理，**都會提供幫助的。還有就是，中國人要愛中國人。因為我發現**就特別幸福，他們在自己國家遊玩，自己國家的人會對他們自己人非常好，**去國外，比如中國，國人也會對他們特別好。可是中國人就慘了，在國內被欺負，到國外被歧視，同胞遇到同胞還要伸手刮一刀，真是腹背受敵，裡外不當人啊！大家衹要記得在歐洲不要理同胞就對了。
