Mittlerweile mein dritter Besuch in einem Hotel der Premier Inn Kette. Und wieder hat sich meine Wahl ausgezahlt. Ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Saubere Zimmer. Unauffälliger aber zuvorkommender Service, der da ist wenn man ihn braucht. Frühstück ohne Wurst, Käse und frisches Gemüse (das ist der fehlende Stern). Schlimm: Das Stella Artois war alle … ;-) Ehrfürchtig: Unmittelbar aus meinem Zimmerfenster konnte ich in die „Garden Lodge) - den letzten Wohnort von Freddie Mercury sehen.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartung total erfüllt. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer war echt groß. Für das, das das Hotel sehr Zentral liegt, war es recht preisgünstig. Es gibt eine U-Bahnstation um die Ecke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch jede Menge Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Das Personal war unfassbar nett, ganz besonders Tifany,Chiara, Ana, Mouskaa und Sangune. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

I stayed at the hotel just before Christmas and had a laundry bag on the floor. When the cleaning staff came, they picked up the bag, but they didn’t empty the bin under the desk or vacuum the carpet. When we returned to our room that evening, we noticed these issues, so we informed the receptionist. She came to our room, saw that the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and the bin hadn’t been emptied, and we also mentioned a foul sewer smell coming from the hall. Consequently, we were moved to another room. On the morning of our departure, the manager, who had previously assured us she would check on our bag, was nowhere to be found. She had said she would speak to us before we left, but when we checked out, she was allegedly unavailable. We never received the promised follow-up call. When I contacted Premier Inn guest relations for an update, I was met with misleading information from the hotel staff, claiming they had photographic evidence of our bag being attended to when they went to our room. I spoke with 4 different mangers while staying there and not one said of any evidence, which i would like provided as its lies.I found their attitude appalling and have been left feeling quite frustrated with the entire experience.

We stay in premier inns often and unfortunately this was the worst one we’ve ever experienced. The hotel is on a scruffy street with loads of rubbish dumped down the fronts of the buildings. It was unclear if this belonged to premier inn or not. The first room we were given smelled of drains so we asked to be moved. The second smelled of damp but we stuck with it to avoid seeming awkward. We had two rooms and the second one looked out over gardens full of rubbish. The whole hotel needed updating and felt very tired. The chairs in the dining room were frayed and stained and quite off putting while eating a meal. The one saving grace was that the beds were as comfy as we have come to expect from premier inns, so we did have a good nights sleep.

Location was excellent, very close to metro station, and has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The hotel itself was very clean, price was fair and the staff was lovely and super helpful. I will definitely consider it for my next trip to London

The hotel is in a good walking distance from Earl's Court Tube station,plenty of Shops,bars & restaurants.The hotel is very clean & the staff were very helpful.The All you can eat breakfast is excellent & very good value.Would definitely return.k

Very central location and close to public transport. Very comfortable room with several amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Storing luggage on checkout is very easy. The breakfast is great and very good value for money. The atmosphere is very relaxing

This has to be the worst Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed in it shouldn’t even be open without a full overhaul. After arriving to a building site with scaffolding which I was not made aware of before my stay, I checked into the hotel, the corridor smelled old & foisty like an old people’s home. My room didn’t smell much better either. The bathroom was dreary and old, there were white splashes on the door and floor. I went to get a shower, I fell through the shower as the handle was half hanging off and the sliding panel falls out!!! The TV in the room has a crack through the top centre so a white light shines out of it when it’s on. There are only the basic 8 channels programmed in, everything else is either not tuned in or comes up with no data. When you try to change the channel it has a few seconds lag to change because it’s just that old ! I wouldn’t recommend anybody be staying in this hotel until it is completely renovated it’s an absolute cheek that you have charged to stay in this health hazard. After raising a complaint about all the above Premier Inns response was there’s nothing we are going to do
