Das Hotel machte einen sauberen Eindruck und der Check-in verlief problemlos. Allerdings gab es während meines Aufenthalts Probleme. Ich erhielt einen unangemessenen Hinweis vom Zimmerservice-Personal, dass es Zeit sei zu gehen, obwohl es noch nicht Zeit war, auszuchecken. Als ich zum Auschecken an der Rezeption ankam, traf ich außerdem auf einen Mitarbeiter, der wenig Rücksicht auf meine Zeit nahm. Diese Erfahrung könnte mich dazu veranlassen, darüber nachzudenken, nicht zurückzukehren.

New modern hotel with great staff at reception and clean, comfortable and well-appointed studios and one-bedrooms. Wish we could stay longer. Paddington however was not as conveniently located as Covent Garden, though if you were driving or hailing a cab/uber it would be a better place for that.

Very near to Edgware tube station, HSBC, M&S, Starbucks. The location is strategic. The apartment is excellent- clean beddings, utensils, cutleries, etc. Safety is good. Highly recommended!

Stayed at room 1107, toilet is for disabilities and lighting is very dimmed. Not like a hotel's toilet and not natch with the picture shown in the App.

Within the walking distance of Paddington national rail and subway station. The hotel includes the apartment is quite new and comfortable. Rooms are in reasonable dimensions. There is no free room cleaning service for stay less than 7 days. There is no telephone inside the rooms but you could scan the QR code inside the room and text the staff. Response is fast.

Very compact but packed with all the facilities you need! Small yet very comfortable. Loved the free refills of chocolates and coffee :). Thomas was very helpful in getting me a ventilator and making our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will come back again!

The staffs were very nice, location is good near to subway

The hotel is located in the good location that near 2 underground stations (Paddington and Edgeware). If you come from the airport, the train will stop at Paddington station and the route to the hotel is quite difficult with the large luggage (cobble alley).

Building is new and the property is close to transport hub, restaurants and shops. Walked to Paddington station and bus stops within easy walk for visiting all London sights.

love this hotel. overall the environment is great. room is fantastic the only thing is the bed is just a bit higher. nearby not many food options near underground transportation and the Paddington transport center.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in London with the friendliest and most helpful staff. The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable . The kitchen was very handy and complimentary snacks and drinks a bonus. Would love to go back.
