Was ok

Das Hotel entspricht in etwa einem heimischen Drei-Sterne-Niveau. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Zimmer ist ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer, daher ist die Fläche etwas größer. Es gibt keine Zahnbürsten und Hausschuhe. Das Hotel liegt zwischen dem zweiten und dritten Bezirk. im Osten Londons. Die Fahrt zur U-Bahn im Stadtzentrum dauert etwa 20 Minuten und vom Hotel aus dauert die Fahrt zur U-Bahn-Station etwa 5 bis 6 Minuten, was sehr praktisch ist.

Auch nach der Renovierung riecht der Ort immer noch seltsam und sieht veraltet aus. Mit Abstand meine letzte Option.

First the room was cold. secondly the quilt wasn't smelling nice and thirdly it kind of noisy.

Location is in good place. After Stratford centre.

Always a reliable place to stay as it is close to my work. In late 2023 and early 2024, I was often able to get a good value stay here in an accessible room. However, more recently prices have been a lot higher for this hotel on Trip.com, so I have stopped using it because the Stratford Travelodge usually works out quite a bit cheaper. It's a shame because I prefer the Ibis but can't really justify the cost difference.

Bed was comfortable, very little noise despite being in a busy part of Stratford... facilities decent, although the sound on the TV in room was awful. No-one in reception/bar/dining room to check-in with when we arrived, but managed to get someone eventually. A decent hotel and what we needed after a night out in London... somewhere convenient and comfortable to stay the night. No complaints.

A great experience at an affordable price . Value for money. Moreover, good transportation options are available.

Room was quite run down, bed was comfy

I was very impressed with this hotel. When I booked the hotel, I was looking for value and a quick booking, rather than any specifics with the hotel. I did note that the hotel was of good value, and in this respect, I did not expect too much. I was very impressed with the hotel's service, the staff went above and beyond. The room was clean, and the staff were more than happy to supply additional towels, and supplies for laundry. The staff here definitely did their utmost to help me, and I appreciate this.
