Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück. Nichts war zu viel Mühe. Die Mädchen waren vom Schlafsofa begeistert.

Das war eine schlechte Erfahrung, dreckige Zimmer, unfreundliches Personal, niemand hat uns beim Transport des Wagens ins Zimmer geholfen. Ich würde hier nie wieder übernachten, bis ich dafür Geld bekomme.

Es liegt ziemlich weit vom Bahnhof King Cross entfernt und die Zimmer sind für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel recht klein.

Ich war für eine Nacht hier, das Zimmer war makellos, das Bett war bequem, schöne Toilettenartikel. Das Hotel war sehr voll, aber nachts war es ruhig, was großartig war. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und bis 11 Uhr verfügbar Enttäuschend, dass die Bar um Mitternacht geschlossen hat

The Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross is a gem. The hotel's modern amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a stylish lounge, were a highlight of my stay. The staff were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

The staff was very friendly, but the location was a bit tricky unless you knew where you were going. We booked for 2 nights on Saturday our room was cleaned the rubbish we left in the morning it was still there when we came back in the night.

The breakfast is good and the location too. Quite accessible and not a bad choice to stay.

I am really disappointed with the hotel. I booked it because it was advertised as having a swimming pool, which I specifically wanted for my children to enjoy. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the pool has been closed since COVID and hasn’t reopened for nearly four years. The hotel’s description and pictures still feature the swimming pool, which made me feel like I paid for something that wasn’t available. I’m wondering why this is still being advertised on the website if it’s been closed for so long. This feels misleading and dishonest.

We had a wonderfull stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel. Breakfast was very varied, lots of choices but very crowded. I would have liked to have a hairdryer in the room, but didn’t find one. The staff was very friendly.

You need to improve your Internet speed.

The location was good! The service was mostly good. We paid the same price for 2 nights but got breakfast with only one night. It was very expensive to purchase separately. The hotel was clean and they helped make the experience for my daughter really good for her bday as the room had flowers to celebrate her!

Good tips

Great convenient location, situated a few bus stops from Kings Cross station where there’s food and convenience stores. This is a good hotel for families, business and solo travelers. Room was clean and tidy. A little cramped but that is expected of London. Order grilled salmon from room service one night and Reshma was warm and friendly. The reception were super helpful and accomodating to my requests. I appreciate the staff providing me with the necessary support when I was sick. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.
