Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und in London herrschte eine Hitzewelle. Das war echt unangenehm. Ich bekam einen leicht kaputten Ventilator, der zwar nicht besonders effektiv war, aber nachts etwas Linderung verschaffte. Praktischerweise war er aber direkt nebenan, und das war mir am wichtigsten.

Premier Inn Angel Islington is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at in London. The location is very strategic and convenient, with only a short walking distance to the bus stop and underground station. The area nearby is also incredibly convenient — there are Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S Food, shopping centres, clothing stores, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It is also possible to walk to Camden Market, which makes the location even better. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Whenever I had any requests, as long as I informed them in advance, they would assist me as quickly as possible. Their service was truly excellent and made my stay very comfortable. One of the best things about the room is that there are plenty of power sockets, and most of them are placed conveniently near tables or surfaces. This is extremely traveller-friendly, especially for those of us who need to charge our phones, cameras, power banks, and other devices every day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit London. Highly recommended!

I'm incredibly grateful to the hotel manager, Giovanni. I had booked a black cab, but the driver switched to a different car and sent his friend instead. I was really worried about my safety at that moment — I had no idea if the car was safe. Just then, Giovanni appeared. He took the initiative to ask if I needed help, and helped me confirm with the driver face to face. He told me not to worry. He is truly an angel. I really love the service at this hotel, and I feel extremely lucky to have met Giovanni. If I come to the UK again, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Friendly service and great location. Didn't use the restaurant but it looks cosy. Comfortable room. Would book again!

Het is een prima hotel, maar verwacht er niet te veel van. Het pand is vrij oud. Het oude tapijt op de gang ruik je goed en de badkamer muf dit door slechte ventilatie. Ook de isolatie is niet erg goed. Een pluspunt is dat de kamer een fijn formaat heeft. Als je de kamer wilt laten schoonmaken, moet je dat blijkbaar zelf doorgeven bij de receptie, dit staat nergens duidelijk aangegeven. Achteraf gezien geef ik liever iets meer uit voor een nieuwere en betere hotelkamer.
