Small but perfectly formed room. Spotlessly clean. Quite room despite busy location. Friendly reception staff. Very comfortable bed.

Definitely one of the better city break hotels we've stayed in, the room was pristine, modern, quiet and peaceful. Such a good price in comparison to the competition!

This hotel is very good for a short stay. The hotel was very clean, staff friendly and breakfast was good. There was free access to tea and coffee all day. It was a shame there was no window, but the interior design cleverly gave the illusion of a window. Having a complementary bottle of spring water and glass per room would have been a nice gesture.

The staff is what makes this hotel excellent, very helpful and great to chat to. They have time for you and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are small, spotless and very well designed. Lots of clever storage solutions. The breakfast is well worth the money - 7 pounds if booked in advance, but still a bargain at 8 pounds if you don't. Great to fuel up before a busy day in London. There are hot items and plentiful baked goods and fruit. The coffee was great too. The coffee is available 24/7 in the basement lounge too. Food is available from the lounge too, but I didn't try it as there are so many options an easy walk away. There are a few grocery stores very close by if you have forgotten anything, or need more snacks. Perfect location for exploring Camden/Regent's Park, also very close to the tube/bus. Very secure hotel, key card is needed to enter the front door after 11pm and each floor is accessed with a key card. I will stay here again without hesitation. I hope all Premier Inn Hubs are this wonderful.

I had never stayed at a Hub hotel before but the general concept is perfectly fine for a short budget stay. Comfortable room, spacious common areas, easy check in and a good breakfast offer for £8. What set this hotel apart were the staff. I checked in late and a member of staff was easy to hand to make sure I was into my room quickly. similarly the next morning, the breakfast staff were quick, efficient and friendly. Later that night I realised that I had left my airpods in the room. I presumed that would be the last I would ever see of them but I managed to get through to the hotel reception desk (not easy to do) and for the next day or so, they were fantastic. checking with housekeeping to retrieve them and then - when I sent them a postage paid envelope - getting them back to me as soon as they could. For a co-called budget hotel, that level of personal customer service is highly impressive. Sadly I didn't get the names of any of the staff involved but this is clearly a motivated team who are well led, providing good service to customers. Thank you to them all

I’ve just woken up from one of the best sleeps of my life. Seriously comfortable bed in a perfectly clean, tiny and delightfully designed and appointed room. This hotel is a breath of fresh air! Excellent staff, interested and kind. Location is five star. Honestly more enjoyable experience than many luxury hotels in the past. The price is enticing and the value for money incomparable. Now three more nights to enjoy this delicious bed before I leave….!

Stayed here for a work trip. Good transport links. Close to Regent’s Park. Hotel clean, food good and beds comfortable. Staff really helpful and friendly. Ate at the blues kitchen nearby which was really good too.
