We stayed at this hotel as somewhere to sleep whilst we did some family trips in London. What made the hotel stand out for us was the staff. Unfortunately we were one of the last to come down for breakfast and the kids had set their hearts on croissants. They hotel had run out though and they were a bit disappointed as there wasn’t much else they fancied. One of the waitresses however came out with her own personal croissant that she had put back for her breakfast and gave it to my daughter. That was way above and beyond and so kind. Thank you so much!

Ich suchte ein Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs King's Cross, also war ich besorgt, aber ich entschied mich für dieses Hotel. Die Lage ist die beste und das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, wie Sie auf dem Bild sehen können. Ich mochte es sehr. Der Preis lag damals bei etwa 13.000 Yen pro Nacht. Es ist nicht billig, aber London ist teuer, also dachte ich, ich könnte nicht in einem Zimmer wie diesem übernachten, wenn ich nicht so viel bezahle. Wenn Sie es sich leisten können, empfehle ich dieses Hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Camden Prime Apart Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The brilliant accommodations, coupled with exceptional service especially their air conditioning system one in each flat, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city very easy , and I can’t wait to return to it on my next visit. Highly recommended.

Really nice welcome from staff both at the concierge desk and reception. Even a glass of sparkling wine on arrival in some lovely cut glass 'vintage' style glasses. I'm not normally a sparkling wine fan, but I enjoyed this one. I'd love to know what it was but I forgot to ask! Room was very nice, and based in the more modern 'Barlow' wing. Not quite the historic side of building alas - felt very much the servants quarters of the hotel! But room had charm still, and everything is of an incredible quality. Also in the room was a really lovely postcard with a welcome message on it, and a St Pancras themed chocolate bar, utilising some of the mosaic patterns from around the hotel and station in its design. I especially liked the 'hidden' plug socket on the bedside table, which was in the perfect place for my overnight charging stuff. It was also delightful having a very large round dining table in the room, it was nice to grab lunch downstairs, bring it back to the room and eat it at a proper table whilst relaxing in peace and quiet. The windows in these rooms do not open, unfortunately. It would have been nice to have had at least a vent option available to us, but the A/C did keep a fairly consistent temperature. Platinum benefits ended up being a slight room upgrade, and late check out. It was originally 3pm, but I checked again in the morning and 4pm was now possible due to some early checkouts - this was a huge relief as that extra hour meant we could have a much more relaxing day as it timed perfectly for our onward travel. As a platinum member, I was granted access to the chambers club. Wow. Simply wow. What a space! Easily the best lounge I've visited. Absolutely super, the staff amazing too. I was just sad I only really got to experience when it was just about to close for the evening, and the breakfast, and not any of the famous early evening selections. At the time of writing (March 2023) the Chambers Club is open from 0700 to 2200 with Breakfast from 0700 to 1100 weekdays, 1200 on weekends. The evening service is between 1700 and 2000, and Hors-d'oeuvre are served from 1730 til 1930. (It is self-service between midday and 1630). At breakfast the next morning a bountiful supply of anything you could think of at a breakfast buffet. The only disappointment was the eggs. I think a kilo of butter went into every batch. But. I’ve yet to find a single luxury hotel that does scrambled eggs correctly at the buffet so I cannot judge too harshly. And when that D'Longhi toaster goes to 'small electrical appliance heaven', I hope it gets replaced by a Dualit. I went on a self-guided walking tour of the hotel in the morning too with help from some of the staff by way of directions. The highlights being; The grand staircase, which is an engineering wonder in itself and worth the climb, And on the 1st floor you are rewarded with the painting of The Garden of Deduit by the Scottish artist Thomas Wallis Hay. We stayed here for one night on Tuesday 20th Feb in rooms 302 & 306. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Old Street station - you turn right just passed the Sainsburys local shop and it is just around the corner. We checked in around 4pm - the 2 members of staff who checked us in were very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were a very good size with a huge TV opposite the bed and a seating area with fridge and 2 bottles of complimentary water in the room. The shower room was a good size and the shower was a double unit so plenty of room to move with a rain shower and a hand held attachment which could be taken off the wall. There is good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and handwash and body wash by the sink. There is a hairdryer and iron/ironing board in the room. Tea & coffee is also provided. The double bed was very comfortable with high quality bed linen Breakfast was included - there was plenty of choice. Cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, croissants, bread, jams, marmalade, orange or apple juice, selection of teas and coffee. The hot selection included bacon. beans, eggs, sausage, mushrooms and tomato and was all very tasty. Cannot fault the service at this hotel and it is all spotless. Check in was very efficient. The room card is required to use the lift from the ground floor - this did seem to be a bit hit and miss and sometimes we had to scan it 4 or 5 times before it worked.

Das Wichtigste beim Backen von Waffeln ist, dass es sich eintönig anfühlt, wenn Sie drei Tage hintereinander bleiben, im Gegensatz zum heimischen Frühstück, bei dem Sie die Gerichte wechseln jeder andere Tag. Es scheint, dass die Mini-Programmversion keine Videos hochladen kann?

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

Ich habe diese Reise zu meinem Finanzgeburtstag gebucht. Das Hotel ist veraltet, was uns bewusst war, und es gibt keine Probleme, aber wenn Sie etwas Modernes suchen, ist es nicht der richtige Ort für Sie. Die Aufzugstüren klebten sehr, ließen sich offenbar nicht richtig öffnen und rochen übel. Das Einchecken war ok, wir gingen in unser Zimmer, dessen Heizung auf Hochtouren lief und die Temperatur 39 °C anzeigte. Wir versuchten, das Fenster zu öffnen, aber es wurde nur von einer Schraube geschlossen. Das Bett war sehr bequem zum Schlafen, aber wir blieben nur eine Nacht, also war es nicht so schlimm. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir dadurch gestört, dass die Zimmermädchen um 8 Uhr morgens unser Zimmer betraten, Hallo sagten, es dann schnell wieder verließen und dann durch die Flure saugten und gegen die Wände und unsere Tür schlugen. Wir erzählten der Rezeption davon, wurden aber von einem unhöflichen Mitarbeiter begrüßt, der auf eine andere Dame zeigte und dann wegging. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte, sie werde noch einmal mit der Zimmermädchen sprechen, also hört es sich so an, als ob das häufig passiert. Wir beschlossen dann, zum Frühstück zu gehen, und erfuhren, dass es 15 Pfund pro Person kostete! Anscheinend können Sie beim Einchecken das Frühstück zu einem ermäßigten Preis von 12,50 £ kaufen, aber niemand hat es uns beim Einchecken gesagt oder angeboten. Wir haben beschlossen, woanders zu frühstücken. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Reise nach London, aber wir werden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen oder jemals wieder zurückkehren. Ich wünschte, ich hätte etwas mehr ausgegeben und wäre in ein besseres Hotel gegangen.

Es ist ein sehr großes Hotel mit wahrscheinlich Tausenden von Zimmern, einer sehr hohen Auslastung und bequemen Transportmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom British Museum entfernt. Die U-Bahn-Station ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Hotel liegt neben der University of London. Das Frühstücksangebot des Hotels ist ziemlich gut. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es fast gibt Keine Veränderung jeden Tag. Das Einzige, worauf man bei einem Aufenthalt im Hotel achten muss, ist, dass die Heizung zu hoch eingestellt ist. Er war so groß und es war noch heißer als im Sommer. Das Schlimmste war, dass er Ich konnte weder die Temperatur einstellen noch die Tür schließen. Es war ziemlich unangenehm. Am Ende war er nur noch nackt im Raum. Das ist eine schlechte Bewertung.
