Less than expected amenities provided by hotel

Had a great stay in meritas picaddle hotel. It had a spacious out door sitting area neatly maintained. Had a great time in pool *****. Took massage in sveda spa which was rejuvenating. Rooms were neat & clean. Want to mention one housekeeping staff surendra who took care of our needs during our stay.

Amazing resort in Lonavala. Food served in breakfast is beyong amazing. Also lunch and dinner in their restaurant is super yummy. Had a very nice stay. Rooms are cozy and bed was comfortable. Resort also has a gym. Staff was friendly and nice.

Thank you for your hospitality. Rooms and service was really very nice. We really enjoyed our stay especially the resort with water rides. But we are disappointed with the breakfast management service. It was very long waiting queue which we never experienced in 4star and 5stars hotels. Manager was so badly arranging the waiting queue that random people were going inside and sitting there. Management had no control there and we just kept on waiting outside. waited for his queue to come in have breakfast. This was the only biggest disappointment in such a great meritas hospitality. Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Hype Review: I recently stayed at Meritas Picaddle Resort in Lonavala on October 23, 2024, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite its appealing exterior and flashy decorations, this resort fails miserably when it comes to comfort, cleanliness, and basic hospitality. Firstly, the bathrooms and bathtubs were in an appalling condition. The bathtub was filthy, outdated, and honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. It was shocking to see a place that claims to be a luxury resort maintain their bathrooms this poorly. The space didn’t feel clean or hygienic, making it extremely uncomfortable to use any of the bathroom facilities. The mattresses were unbelievably hard, as if we were sleeping on a slab of stone. Forget comfort; I couldn’t even get a decent night’s sleep. For a place that markets itself as a relaxing getaway, this was a complete letdown. I would have slept better at a basic lodge! To top it off, the service was subpar. Staff seemed disinterested, and any requests we made took ages to be attended to, if they were handled at all. For the prices they charge, I expected much more in terms of service and quality. In short, the only decent thing about this resort is the outside décor. Don’t let the facade fool you – the rooms and facilities inside are shockingly neglected. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests.
