The hotel completed a $1.5 million renovation in February 2014 to maintain the hotel's stylish modern design, which included all 151 guestrooms and all public spaces and corridors, including the lobby, meeting space, StayFit Gym, and other common areas.The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our lobby is a warm and open area that features an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. We have 151 fully appointed rooms, meeting rooms with catering and audio visual available, indoor heated pool, and fitness center. All guests receive complimentary breakfast. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Easy access to I-355 and I-88. Centrally located to IBM, Oakbrook Terrace Tower, McDonald's Corp HQ, Oakbrook Shopping Center, and Brookfield Zoo. Pet Policy: 1-6 nights a $75 non-refundable fee. 7-30 nights a $75 non-refundable fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted.
