Candlewood Suites LOMA LINDA - SAN BERNARDINO S by IHG

First, we arrive around 5pm for check in and wait for 15 mins standing at the front desk and told me the room was sold out and ask me wait for another 20min for a room to clean up. ( I already paid up front for the room and check in time is 3pm). Finally when we get into the room, room is okay clean but we find out there’s no remote and facial tissue at all in the room). Next morning we ask about late check out for an hour it’s regret and state no late checkout today. So not a very good experience for this hotel.

Very nice Like small apartment Free laundry Good value

All good

Good location, very clean, comfortable bed , great blackout curtains, lots of parking, useful kitchen, great shower room. Only bad thing wish they had pool or hot tub.

酒店位置不錯，周圍有超市，餐廳。 房間比較大，有廚房（雖然用不上），微波爐冰箱。 暖氣機給力，但是噪音大，很吵。 不含早餐。性價比一般。

Clean rooms with spacious kitchen, large restroom, and laudry area. The plus, free washers and dryers downstairs and free coffee, decaf included.

Room is perfect. So clean, staff friendly I just feel so comfortable staying here. I would recommend this hotel especially this location to friends and family.

This establishment was fantastic. Every amenity one could ask for. The rooms are complete apartments. All kitchen utensils are there. All pots and pans, ironing board and iron, clothing storage, etc. the lobby area is very inviting and modern. I can't say enough about how nice this facility is.

The room was very nice, came with everything we needed. The walls and floors have very little insulation so we can hear the people next to us blow their nose and people above us jumping all night. Staff was very nice and called to room to try and help
