Chambre et salle d'eau propre, pas tout neuf mais bien entretenu. Chambre sur l'arrière très calme. Un plus pour le sèche cheveux, rare dans ces hotels, les rangements nombreux. Petit déjeuner très correct, choix de produits également correct. Seul l'environnement de l'hotel n'est pas top puisque dans une zone d'entreprise, au bord de la N10

I’ve been dying to visit this hotel since its opening and can say that it was worth the trip. Is this the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at? No, but it very well could be with some small improvements. First of all, the property is absolutely gorgeous. The decor is incredibly elegant but not too over the top. It felt comfortable and warm while also being incredibly stylish and modern. When I win the lotto, this is how I would like to decorate my Loire Valley chateau (or my Parisien pied-a-terre for that matter). You can tell that no detail was overlooked, but there were a few design flows in the room. For example, the curtains are not automatic and given the high ceiling they were a bit cumbersome to draw on one’s own. Similarly, it was difficult to find an outlet by the bed without moving a nightstand. And although stylish, the bathroom sink was impractical and made a mess whenever I used it. But these are little things! They did not detract from my stay at all. The room overall was absolutely gorgeous. The bedding was amazing and I slept very well, especially with such a large and copious selection of pillows. And the housekeeping was great as well, although my first night there were no wash cloths in the room and I needed to ask the front desk to bring some. Again, not a big deal but it’s the little things that could make this hotel truly one of a kind. I had a room with a private terrace and I was just say to anyone interested in this room category the balconies are all located on the ground floor and do not afford a lot of privacy. I received a lot of looks from the passerby’s coming and going while drinking my Champagne in my bathrobe and slippers. I never was out on the terrace while my neighbors were out, but I imagine that would have been a little awkward given the low walls and close proximity. Unlike the other clients, I was not here to use the spa, but to EAT, and EAT I did. Everything I put in my mouth was incredible, from the viennoiseries at breakfast to the bar cocktails, to the amazing food at the two restaurants. Amour Blanc could have been a Michelin meal in and of itself, and my meal at Christophe Haye was maybe the best I’ve had in my life. It is the best 2 star restaurant I have ever eaten at, that is for sure. In fact I wonder if it should really have 3 stars…just my humble opinion. Similar to my other comments, service was overall professional, consistent, and warm, but still there is some room for improvement. For example, when I arrived at the hotel via taxi, there was no one to assist with luggage, so I had to carry my large suitcases up the stairs into the lobby - this does not seem normal at a hotel of this caliber. On the flip side, I received proactive assistance when I left. Shoutout to Charlie for being awesome! Similarly, the service at the bar was very warm and friendly, but took forever, taking 20 minutes to order a drink in the afternoon when I was one of the only patrons. Sehr angenehm Empfang in diesem Straßenbahnhotel. Wir nahmen ein Familienzimmer mit 92€, kleiner, aber wir brauchten nicht mehr für unsere ein-nachtliche Fahrt auf der Ferienstraße. Es wird ein gesüßes Frühstück angeboten. Sehr guter Aufenthalt für uns.

We stayed at this hotel from 12 to 15 MAY 2022. We have stayed at Ibis Styles hotels before and we like that they have better decoration and facilities than other Ibis. Everything was ok... Location, parking, breakfast, facilities, room with big window... But there was one problem... On 13MAY we went to explore some Loire Castles. When we went back to hotel, my partner noticed that his Chanel perfume was missing from the bathroom. In hotels, you leave toiletries in the bathroom and you feel safe about them. But the perfume dissapeared. - Inmediately we went to the Front Desk, where we told the girl in the Front Desk about the situation. She said they will make an investigation. Next morning, we asked a guy with glasses in the Front Desk about it, and he said they knew who has stole the perfume. It seems the day before a person from the outsourced cleaning services was fired, and using his words ”that was a bad person, so we thinks this person took it. We have contacted the person so it can return it”. Next morning it was check-out time and nobody knows anything. They said they were going to talk to their manager, Mrs Chartier, to see what can be done and for further research. We were contacted by email 2 days after that, when we were in Paris just about to leave France, where the manager said that in France you have to report this to the police.- So we did not have any time left to open our complaint with the police, as we were traveling to Spain next morning. When we came back from El Salvador we then realized that some souvenirs we purchased in Disneyland Paris were also stolen from the hotel. I wrote to the Accor Customer service corporate office and they said they were going to research and they responded today that they contacted Mrs, Chartier, the General Manager of this hotel, and she said that an internal search was conducted and no suspicious entry or breaking in the room was detected, and with no proof of the theft, the hotel cannot be responsible and they invited me to contact the local police to follow up. I am back in El Salvador. I will definitely not contact local police. I dont speak French and it was over a month ago. I am not looking for any money or compensation from the hotel. This was not a break-in from outside. This was someone from the cleaning service you outsource for that hotel that made the theft. Several of your employees at the hotel said that they thought that a person from the cleaning services, which was not a good person and was fired that same day from the cleaning company may have done it and that they have contacted this person to return the stolen goods. I understand their policy, but as a customer and as travel industry professional that sends a lot of customers to the Ibis franchise in France, we travelers lose the sense of security to stay at one of the Ibis properties, and that after we left, then suddenly nobody knows anything, specially the hotel manager, who was informed about the situatio

Das Hotel befindet sich in der kleinen Stadt Blois, der bequemsten Stadt in Chambord. Obwohl das Hotel etwas weit vom Fluss entfernt ist, gibt es keine Landschaft, aber das Frühstück ist gut und die Einrichtungen im Hotel sind auch modern und einfach, was der Standard von Novotel ist. Ich war besonders überrascht, dass das kleine französische Mädchen, das diente, tatsächlich 4 Jahre in Wuhan verbracht hatte und gut Chinesisch sprach. Mama und Papa gingen alleine frühstücken und baten sie, es direkt zu arrangieren. Es war wirklich ein besonderer und rücksichtsvoller Service, großartig!

Wir kamen bei Sonnenuntergang an und gingen bei Tagesanbruch. Meine Tochter und ich hatten eine Balkonsuite am Wasser. Sie war sehr glücklich, draußen bleiben und eine Zigarette rauchen zu können, ohne auf die Straße gehen zu müssen. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, meine Spaziergänge zu machen und die Metzger und den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen! Das Matrosenfrühstück war sehr gut mit Kaffee, den ich mit Bio-Sojamilch hatte. Bio-Eier, die wir selbst kochen, sind auch sehr schön, damit wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen! Die Mädchen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant sehr hübsch und sehr effizient!
