The house was built in 1960 and has undergone a renovation of the entire property in 2008 and today it stands as a holiday residence equipped with every conceivable modern facilities.Payment of consumption, cleaning and deposit (DKK 3000,-) must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house.The house is located undisturbed on a 3000 m² plot with great views over the fjord and the whole area. The house has room for 14 people divided into 6 large bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms. 40 m² living area located at 1st floor with wonderful views. There is also a TV that can be used with the DVD player. There is also a stereo system on the 1st floor.The focal point of the house is the 80 m² large pool room with 21 m² swimming pool and childrens pool and large whirlpool. 50 m² large activity room with billiards, table tennis and bob etc. 85 m² large living room with wood-burning stove in open connection to the kitchen with all possible facilities.
