The only problem I had was, I already paid for my stay previous to my arrival I needed a handicapped Are they Kelly handicap room of which they didn't have. I went to the front desk the second day that we stayed and asked if I was able to move to handicap room she said yes, but it would be an additional $189 above what I already paid. I couldn't believe it. I'm a person staying at their hotel and they want to charge me another $189 just to get a handicapped room above what I already paid.. Something was wrong with that. I'll never stay there again when I first got there they didn't have my reservation supposedly they didn't have any rooms then after I stood there yes we have a room but you need to pay for it upfront, which is another $350 , then they finally oh,here's your reservation. I think there's something fishy going on with the money there honestly.
