Gute Lage, der Strand ist nur über der Straße. Viele Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels. A2 Express-Bus vom Flughafen zum Hotel auf eine Weise €5, nur 1 Gehminuten von Haltestelle zum Hotel. Frühstück und Abendessen sind mit vernünftigen Wahlen, gut genug, um Sie voll, aber nicht ganz schmecklich zu machen. Viel frisches Obst, das ist wunderbar. Meerblick aus Hotelrestaurants und Dachpool ist wunderschön.

Pros...Cannot fault the hotel for cleanliness, everywhere seemed spotless. Friendly staff on duty, working long hours. I didn't mind leaving a euro deposit on the plastic beaker as when the beaker was returned the euro was returned. This system really helped all areas around the pool stay nice and clean. Makes total sense to me. Sunbeds nice and comfortable and always managed to get one on the few occasions we had a pool day. Bedroom was a perfect size, as was the bathroom. Both areas spotless and clean with comfy beds. Maid service was excellent with fresh towels daily with 3 bed linen changes during our week's holiday, although one slight issue our bedroom door was left open ajar one day. Nothing taken so no harm done. (Sure it was just an accident). Cons...The only things that let this hotel down were the main road right outside the hotel. Traffic noise constantly, and despite asking for a quiet room we were placed on the 3rd floor overlooking this road. (Maybe this was a quiet room)? Unable to sit on balcony and relax (due to road noise) which was a shame. Also, as many have already mentioned, the cockerills are horrendous. I took ear plugs but could still hear the constant noise. Also, some people need to learn a bit of respect for others and turn the door handle when closing their bedroom door late at night or early morning. It is possible to close them quietly. Came home exhausted from lack of sleep. We had to cross the busy road to get to main hotel, (where the dining room is), only a problem when it was raining heavy one morning so maybe take a brolly? Food was mainly ok, but we also ate out quite a bit to avoid the canteen feel of the dining room. Overall we had a good holiday but I'm sorry to say I wouldn't stay here again, or recommend it to my family or friends due to the road noise and cockerills.

Das whala!fun liegt am Hafen von El Arenal in einer der etwas ruhigeren Straßen. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und sprach sogar teilweise deutsch. Die Zimmer sind zwar recht klein, doch stets sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Unser persönliches Highlight war die Dachterasse, die man Ende September fast ganz für sich alleine hat. Dort kann man prima den ganzen Tag verbringen, kann sich nach Belieben mit kühlen Getränken von der Bar oder einem kleinen Snack verwöhnen lassen. Die großzügigen Liegen und der Pool laden zum Entspannen ein und auch abends kann man dort noch einen Absacker trinken und den Tag gemütlich mit einem Blick auf den schönen Hafen ausklingen lassen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis konnte uns auch absolut überzeugen. Danke!

Nicht schlechte Bewertungen setzen Sie aus!!! Nachdem wir vorherige Bewertungen gelesen haben, waren wir besorgniserregend über gehen! Aber wir waren angenehmen überrascht! Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich schön, komfortabel gut dekoriert und die Rezeption war wirklich posh! Grüße mit einer schönen Dame Mitarbeiter! Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich, wirklich schöne Dusche und der Balkon war gut. Alles was Sie brauchten. Der einzige Nebenteil war der Haartrockner. Sicherlich nehmen Sie Ihren eigenen. Das Pool-Gebiet war wunderschön und es hat definitiv die Sonne getroffen! Nicht aus! Die Sonne war dort den ganzen Tag! Ich habe einen Tan leicht gefangen und es gibt eine nette Bar in der Innenstadt und sogar das eigene Lebenschütze. Das Frühstück war wunderschön, alles von der Backe bis zum Getreide bis zum Obst und frisch Frühstück und sogar verschiedene Arten von Milch! Das Spa war definitiv ein Highlight! Die Massage war unglaublich. Ich würde dieses Hotel sicher empfehlen, es ist so nah an den Hafen und Strand aber weit genug, um nicht zu hören Lärm! Der einzige Abstand ist gelegentlich Lärm von Zimmern oben, aber nur zu erwarten. Wir gingen für ein langes Wochenende und für das, was wir bezahlt haben, würde ich sicher zurückkommen!

Als zweisternes Hotel ist viel besser, als man erwartet hätte ... Gutes Frühstück, obwohl es keine heißen Gerichte hat, aber wenn alle Arten von Brot, Kekse, Inkubationen, Milch, Saft, Die Lage ist nicht das Beste, da sie etwas vom Strand entfernt ist, aber in einer ruhigen Gegend und unser Zimmer hatte einen Blick auf einen Pinar. Das Zimmer war mit TV und Klimaanlage renoviert Das sehr freundliche und aufmerksames Personal. Ein perfekter Ort für günstige Ferien am Palma Strand

Ein absolut überraschendes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Essen, einem super Service und sehr viel Liebe zum Detail! Wir haben selten so tolle Zimmer bezogen. Sehr geräumig, toll aufgeteilt und hell. Man hat viel Platz. Chillige Außenterasse AUCH ZUM ESSEN! :) Einfach GENIAL!! Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind Marc, Pepe und der Chef Koch Pedro mit seinem Team! Book nicht - Sie werden nicht wirklich in dieses Hotel gehen, sondern werden zu einem absoluten Dumping eines Hotels bewegt. Es gibt eindeutig eine riesige SCAM hier!! Wir kamen zum Hotel, um zu sagen, dass sie überbucht waren und uns zu einem anderen Hotel zu bewegen. Das Hotel war absolut schrecklich. Ungeheuerliches Essen, schreckliche Standards, absolut Nichts wie das Werbehotel, das wir bezahlt haben. Sie sagten, es gab nichts, was sie tun konnten. Bucht durch Loveholeys und sie weigern uns eine Erstattung - sie sind eindeutig auch in diesem Betrug mitgewirkt. Absolut schrecklich Urlaub, nie so gemütlich über einen Urlaub in meinem Leben. Frühere Antworten auf Bewertungen haben gesagt 'Entschuldigung für diese Mix-up'. Ich kann Ihnen sagen, das ist nicht nur eine einmalige Mix-up. So viele andere Leute in unserem Hotel haben uns gesagt, dass das gleiche passiert ist. Alle hatten gebucht, um in der Mediterranen Bay zu bleiben und dann wurde ihnen gesagt Sie wurden überbucht und nach diesem wilden Hotel auf der Straße verschickt. Es ist offensichtlich, dass sie dieses Hotel regelmäßig überbuchen, unser Geld nehmen, dann uns nach anderen Hotels schicken, so dass sie das Geld mit ihnen teilen können. Es ist scheiße.
