Evenia Olympic Palace

Ich war hier mit meinen 2 Enkeln im Alter von 9 und 11 Jahren, ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Gute Pools und sie verbrachten fast 5 Stunden im Pool. Als Teil der Tui-Buchung hatten wir Zugang zum Wasserpark, der etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war, und es war eine gute Erfahrung. Personal im Hotel sehr freundlich, sehr sauber, gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Ich bin glutenfrei und in den Restaurants Rosado und Youngs sehr hilfsbereit bei der Essensoption, die wir um 7 Uhr abholen

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen all-in Familienurlaub, nicht zu teuer. Jeden Abend gibt es ein Thema für das Essen: Chinesisch, Mexikanisch, Mediterran, Tapas … Tagsüber gibt es viel zu essen und zu trinken. Sie werden nie hungrig sein, wenn Sie hier bleiben. Manchmal waren die Leute auf den Korridoren laut. Mit 2 Kindern sind wir gegen 22 Uhr schlafen gegangen, aber wenn die Leute gegen 12 Uhr (nach Schließung der Bar) das Hotel betreten, können sie viel Lärm machen und man kann es sehr gut in den Zimmern hören. Wir haben am Eingang der Terrasse vom Hotel geschlafen…

Das Evenia Resort ist vor allem ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen. Große Zimmer mit 2 separaten Teilen, bequeme Betten. An den Swimmingpools gibt es genügend bequeme Stühle. Der Handtuchservice ist ein Plus. Eine große Auswahl in den Restaurants. 1 Minuspunkt ist, dass die Akustik in den Restaurants unbedingt verbessert werden sollte. Viel Animation für Jung und Alt. Nach 11 Jahren in Evenia mit Kindern, Familie und Freunden sind wir immer noch in Evenia verliebt.

Positives- pools, decent size room although 2 TV's but 1 remote ! Negatives - ALOT Dont expect to be given information on checking in except for which restaurant your assigned. Instead your need to find the QR code around the complex which then bring up the animation and bar details etc. We didn't notice these until 3 day's in and I don't know why there not in the rooms, just an example of lack of communication which there is plenty. Regarding food and drink, if you like to know what your eating your really risking it in this hotel. They have the same TUI symbols as on the flight menu to describe the ingredients but some are impossible to read. Some food wasn't labelled at all, none was labelled by the pool hot snack bar. When people are pushing in when your queuing to see what the food is and trying to understand the symbols. Your shown to a table and left immediately, no one asked us in 14 days if we wanted wine. When we asked, it seemed an inconvenience although it is included. We ended up asking how we got wine and were told to ask as they take you to the table, we did this a few times but still managed to get wrong wine or no wine when we asked. The complex itself is big with plenty of room for sunbathing and sunloungers, you really need to be on top of actively looking for what entertainments on, as unlike prev holidays no one comes round to let you know something is starting. Would recc for those with young families as pool areas are great and a park directly opposite, as long as there not fussy eaters. We rarely saw a smile from the staff which was a real shame as it seemed they just were not interested although to the Spanish speaking it seemed completely different We also were told we would be charged 5 euros a day plus 20 euro deposit and 20 euro in advance for a safe. When we questioned it they stated they don't set the fees. On checking out, we queried it as their website states if all inclusive gold you only pay the deposit. The gentleman was adament it had to be paid even after showing him their website, so I showed him the gold bracelet and he then said we didn't but no apology. Suggestions- please leave information in rooms,even just a copy of the QR code. Make it easier to understand what the food is, a simple vegetarian logo, or section areas of the restaurant for veggie and meats, they do have a salad section which was good. Have the bar open longer in Olympic Palace as it closes when dinner service starts, but some may prefer a relaxing drink befor without having to go to another bar, esp if you struggle getting wine in the restaurant. Better hygiene in the restaurant, we were sat on a table with a filthy high chair and lots of food on the floor and this was common, needless to say you couldn't put a bag down. I think it's just too crammed together and such a rush the staff dont have time to clean as they should. Make it clear the hotel has a shop. we had no idea as its on side of another hotel. Everything was 100% , we loved it and our kids loved it , didn’t have to leave the hotel as everything was catered for , look forward to coming back in 2024 , the food was amazing and the staff where extremely helpful

child-friendly resort. children enjoyed very much. very clean and staff are very helpful. variation in food. pleasant ambience. Evenian resort is centrally located and not far from the beach. all in all good atmosphere

Please renovate the rooms do something about the accoustic of the restaurant and the place where the performances are given (stage), accoustic of the rooms. To many hotel guests for the capacity of the hotel

What can I say, amazing as always. The last time we were here was 6 years ago, and it has only got better. The team are so helpful, the food this time around was amazing and a wide selection of foods for the adults and somewhat for the children. The staff were amazing always helpful and chatty and on hand to assist. Rooms in the Palace are big and comfy, pools are amazing, no rushing to reserve beds in the mornings, as there is plenty of room. The entertainment is just amazing for both adult and kids. I would 100 percent recommend this place. Read the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Some minor things like dripping Air con, or our fuse bord tripped on the first day, but we went to the pool, came back and was fixed already. The hotel is spotless, cleaners are always on the go, the life guards on the pool watch and see everything. The drinks are very generous and if drinking in the bar, you actually get a pint glass of beer, not like others that give plastic cups. Amazing 👏
