Hier im Rahmen eines Kreuzfahrt- und Aufenthaltspaketes Ankunft Mittag und wurde eine kostenlose Upgrade zu einem übergeordneten Meerblickraum, das von einem hohen Standard war sehr komfortable Bett und fantastisches Badezimmer mit großem Spaziergang in der Dusche Personal waren sehr hilfreich und freundliche Speise in Restaurant war von sehr hohem Standard mit einer guten Auswahl an Gerichten am Abendessen

Das Personal ist stets engagiert und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sauber, nicht ganz modern aber alles funktioniert. Das Essen ist definitiv top und schwer zu überbieten in Qualität für ein Buffet.

Ruhige, abgelegene Lage, leider Kakerlakenbefall Die Erfahrung unseres letzten Aufenthalts möchte ich teilen, da ich mir so eine Bewertung gerne vor meinem Aufenthalt im Iberostar Cala Millor gewünscht hätte. Dann hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Das Iberostar Cala Millor ist ein modernisiertes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem und freundlichen Servicepersonal. Schockierenderweise lief in der ersten Nacht eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, die in eine der Ritzen unter der Fußleiste flüchtete. Für uns völlig inakzeptabel in einem 4-Sterne Superior Hotel. Es lagen keine Abfälle oder offenes Essen im Zimmer herum, sodass wir an der Hygiene des Hotels zweifelten. Das Hotelpersonal entschuldigte und kümmerte sich. Wir wissen leider nicht wie, sondern nur, dass es in unserem Zimmer anders roch. Der Hotelmanager begründete, dass in der Nähe des Naturschutzgebietes mit Kakerlaken im Zimmer zu rechnen sei. Als Entschädigung wurde uns die Erstattung einer Nacht angeboten, wenn wir schriftlich erklären keine Bewertung zu schreiben. Wir lehnten das Angebot ab. Das Panorama-Meerblick Zimmer bot einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht und war oberflächlich sauber, jedoch waren kleinere Flecken auf dem Laminat und der Bettverkleidung. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist abwechslungsreich und mit ausreichender Qualität. Wer gerne Essen fotografiert und sich nicht vor Kakerlaken ekelt ist hier richtig. Wir kommen nie wieder.

We stayed for for two weeks half board during September family of three . We opted for this hotel because it wasn’t geared towards younger children , and due to the positive reviews regarding the pool area , spacious rooms and food. Thankfully most tourists were couples of families with older children. The location is quite it takes 30 minutes to walk into Sa Coma at a slow steady pace, the nearest bar is within 15 minutes of the hotel (Delaynies Bar, )we don’t recommend this bar it’s dated run down, and basically a tourist trap purportedly offering the cheapest drinks in town , a Baileys cost 8 Euro and is smaller than a standard measure , the glasses are dirty the entire place needs refurbishing. We arrived at the hotel just before midnight check in was smooth , we were informed due to missing our meals a cold buffet had been placed in the fridge, when we entered the room we were disappointed to realise there wasn’t anything in the fridge, we were left three small bottles of water , no milk, tea bags or cups resulting in us having to go back to reception to ask for cups, milk teabags to enable us to make a drink. The rooms are spacious but dated, the sofa beds are not suitable for adults or older teenagers, hotel staff refused to accommodate our request for three single beds despite being informed I was due hip replacement surgery and as our son is in his late he is too old to sleep on a cot bed, the hotel wasn’t fully booked so no reason why hotel staff couldn’t accommodate our request. The air-Con in the room is antiquated and temperamental switching on/ off randomly, no mosquito nets on the doors, no full pool view unless you stand up ( we paid for a superior apartment) The pool area is fantastic lots of sun beds plenty for everyone, calm peaceful atmosphere and a great snack bar offering reasonably priced drinks and snacks- A large Coke costs 2.25 Euro, a large beer 3.5 Euro , cocktails are superb freshly made in a shaker , most cocktails cost 5Euro a pina colada costs 6 Euro . The drinks are cheaper than those found in the main resort and far superior in terms of volume and quality, buy a cocktail you won’t be disappointed. The animation team are lovely they kept our teenager entertained with aqua gym, darts, skittles, a special thanks to Gorka and Maria and the other girls. Brian and Miguel at the pool bar were also friendly and helpful making tasty snacks and drinkswith a smile, the guy with the grey hair at the main bar made fantastic cocktails and was always happy and helpful all staff are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is great the hotel restaurant offers a wide choice of food which is good quality and cooked to a good standard, unfortunately I can’t say the same about food in the evening which is geared towards German guests , food labelling is also problematic again German tourists are prioritised all food was labelled in German making it difficult for us to determine what was on offer , we had a couple of shocks

Gebucht hatten wir eine Deluxe Villa mit eigenem Pool und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar, sicherlich benötigt man einen Mietwagen, aber diesen braucht man auch, um die Insel zu erkunden. Bereits die Zufahrt zeigt, dass hier ein Juwel versteckt von der Hektik und Lärm liegt. Eingebettet in die Natur, haben wir ein Klasse Hotel entdeckt, das nichts zu wünschen übrig lies. Die Architektur, die Aufteilung der verschiedenen Wohneinheiten, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre - einmalig! Die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohneinheit sehr geräumig und klassisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Adults only stand da und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dem beruflichen Alltag zu entfliehen und diese Oase der Ruhe vorzufinden. Das Restaurant (wir hatten Halbpension gebucht) einfach Klasse! Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt, auch lokale Leckereien. Warme Gerichte konnten à la Carte bestellt werden. Das Abendessen erfüllte all unsere Wünsche - auch hier konnte aus einer Karte bestellt werden - ob Fisch, Fleisch oder Vegetarisch, für Abwechslung war gesorgt. Auch Tagesaktualitäten wurden angeboten und so wurden wir die ganze Woche verwöhnt! Wir möchten eine grosses Dankeschön an das ganze Son Penya Team ausrichten und würden jederzeit wieder zurückkehren!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit extrem freundlichen Mitarbeitern die alle deutsch sprechen. Familiensuite im Nebengebäude war sehr geräumig und super klimatisiert. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Spüle sowie einen Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Wir hatten Halbpension und gab es jeden Abend ein anderes Themenbuffet, wobei immer frisch gebratenes Fleisch und Fisch angeboten wurde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die poollandschaft bestand aus drei Pools und war der Kinder Pool sogar beheizt, was definitiv ein plus war. Der Kinder Pool lag auch gut im schatten, wodurch die kleinen lage und vor der Sonne sicher plantschen konnten. Der spa Bereich war ebenfalls fein, dass einzige was uns nicht gefiel war die beschränkte Eintritts Zeit für die Kinder, da unser kleiner in dieser immer schlief. Rezeption half uns auch bei der Mietwagen Buchung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und werden wir jedenfalls wieder kommen.

- Service: Despite being marketed as a high end esort, the service provided is reminiscent of a three-star hotel at best. Communication was extremely poor, and as a client, I felt neglected and disoriented. Very bad communication before the start. Only received the programme 3 days before arriving with schedule inconsistent with my departure times. - Boarding Experience for Kids: My kids were utterly dissatisfied with their stay. The guardians assigned were not only disorganised but also lacked the warmth and cordiality expected in such roles. Much to my dismay, most kids were excessively engaged with their mobile phones rather than participating in activities. -Programs and Activities: The camp seems to offer nothing beyond tennis, with no provisions for additional activities or events to foster a sense of community. This lack of support resulted in my children frequently seeking refuge with me instead of enjoying their time at the camp. - Facilities: Although aesthetically pleasing, the layout of the residence is a convoluted labyrinth. To reach my room required an excessive amount of navigation which felt very inefficient. - Staff and Management: The operations appear to be disorganised, hinting at a need for professional hotel management. Moreover, the reception staff was the epitome of rudeness and lacked professional decorum. - Room and Laundry Services: The rooms were satisfactory but constantly filled with noise from outside corridors and ongoing tennis matches outside. Additionally, the laundry service was inconveniently slow and required me to collect my laundry from reception. - Food and Healthcare: The restaurant options and food quality were average, but a serious concern arose when my son suffered from food poisoning. The advertised nurse, who should be an essential presence considering the nature of the camp, was inconsistently available and only on site from 12.30 am. -Tennis Lessons: The coaching was satisfactory but certainly not extraordinary. I expected more professional interaction and advice, not what I could receive from any ex-pro in a local club. Furthermore, the lack of social activities led to repetitive training sessions with the same partners. -Children's Experience: My children, despite being in different age groups and levels, mirrored my feelings of dissatisfaction and stagnancy. The inability to progress in their game was a significant drawback. -Leadership: I expected the presence of more experienced coaches, instead of young, inexperienced staff members. Unfortunately, the involvement of lead coaches, let alone Toni Nadal, was visibly absent. - Location: Manacor, the host town, was underwhelming with not much to offer culturally or aesthetically, thus providing little to no external engagement. In conclusion, the Rafa Nadal Camp and Residence proved to be an unprofessional, disorganised, and inefficient experience. Despite being great fans of Nadal, this camp was a letdown and I would not recommend
