Booked a room here several times but never again. My parents stayed in room 107 and when returning to their room for the final night of their stay, their iPad was missing. The receptionist helped them check the room thoroughly, pulling out the bed and bedside table. I demanded to speak to the the who was not onsite, but called me to say he had put a message on staff WhatsApp group to ask who had been into the room that day. The next morning when they had left the room to check out, the cleaner came and said she had found the iPad, under the bedside cabinet! It was not there the night before. I asked for investigation and for a refund. I sent two emails and made four phone calls over two weeks. Finally called the hotel and only spoke with manager because he answered the phone.. I asked for a refund. The manager discussed this with the owner who said they would not provide a refund for the three nights. I asked to compromise and that they refund the final night ruined due to someone taking the iPad. I gave them a week to come back to me. They didn’t. Please think twice about booking here and if you do, take your valuables with you. They won’t care about this review but if I can help someone avoid this happening to them it’s worth it. Used to be. Greta place until new ownership. Such a shame
