Superp hotel , excellent staff both helpful and friendly, I can't recommend it enough , I've stayed in several hotels in llandudno and this is one of the best 10/10 in my opinion , i will definitely stay here next time i visit , also the breakfast is top quality as is everything , thank you

We stayed in August Bank Holiday and loved everything about the hotel from the service to the rooms we were in. Room 15-24. The hosts were extremely accommodating and can see they have recently taken over and are doing works to modernise the hotel as its a bit dated. Their sister hotel has gone through extensive renovation and looks really modern and cozy. We loved the comfy sofas in the lounge with the tv showing netflix/disney to keep the kids occupied . Breakfast was really great value for money. We already booked our return for next year.

Supposedly a 4 star hotel .. rooms dirty , mould in bathroom shower barely functioning paint peeling carpets worn smelt of damp… needs complete overhaul a1 star at most. Friendly staff but what a shame a lovely hotel has gone so far down since it changed hands in 2023

Lovely, clean, cosy hotel. Stayed here for a weekend family trip. Staff were all friendly and always helpful. Lovely sea views from the bedrooms and the breakfast was delightful. Perfect. Thank you. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Llandudno.

Me and my wife stayed at the Can-Y-Bae hotel and really loved it. The hotel is very traditional and homey. Ray and Mo were wonderful hosts and couldn’t do more. We were treated with a complimentary drink as we were staying for five days which was lovely of them. The breakfast was exceptional and always filling. Will definitely be staying again in the near future. Best Jake and Linda xx

This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s not even one star based on my experience of the single room I stayed in. In fact it is a 4 asterix* hotel where you need to remember * the TV is over 19 years old, square and less than 12 inches in size and very difficult to use. * the shower did not work (they phoned later to say there was another switch somewhere which was turned off?? * the iron didn’t work. They phoned later to say there was another hidden switch which was turned off. * the electrics unsafe and badly installed I was shocked that ******* had this down as 4 star. It needs total refurbishment

Booked sea view room in Can-y-Bae some months ago for a few days in September, having visited this hotel for many years. We were informed on arrival that the owners had recently left, and were offered a rear view room with views of drain pipes and brick wall. Agreed to move into the Central hotel next door, as the Central was now running Can-y-Bae and breakfasts were only provided in the Central. To say that the room in the Central was tired would be overly generous. Amongst many issues of decor, the carpets were dirty, there were bare electricity wires in the bathroom light as the rose had fallen down from the ceiling, and the curtains would not close properly. Also, the lift was broken and we were disappointed with the quality of room daily housekeeping. To be fair, the manageress of the Central was doing her best to deal with our, and other peoples, issues, but I think she is fighting an uphill battle.

Disappointing as it seems the owners left the business a month ago and it is being looked after by the Central Hotel next door. We were not made aware of this although I booked in April 2023. There was a note on the door on arrival to go next door. Very nice lady took us to our room but we were told breakfast would be served in the Central. Twin room small and dated. We didn't go for breakfast as considered having to go next door unacceptable without prior advice and reviews of Central not good. Very disappointed. Thankfully the show we had come to see was brilliant.
