This hotel is in need of a remodel. My bathroom tub surround was all delaminating, curtain rod loose so curtain didn’t stay in place and burnt out lights over sink. Table with microwave on it was leaning and carpet felt icky. Also came in one night after dinner and whole second floor hallway smelled like ****. Everything in my suitcase, even clothes I didn’t wear, smelled and had to be washed when I got home. Breakfast area fridge was full of expired yogurt. Only reason I gave a 2 rating rather than 1 is because the mattress was super comfortable and the guy running the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I usually like staying here because of the location, breakfast and ability to use the digital key from my phone. I usually stay here several times a year in the same room in the back of the hotel due to convenience, but this time there were a couple of issues. I always get a digital key so I can limit my interactions with others and often because I fly in really late and like to go straight to my room. Unfortunately, this time the digital key did not work on the outside door and this was very disappointing, considering I arrived at about 2 AM with all my luggage in tow. Luckily someone was going in at the same time so I was able to go in with her and the digital key worked fine on my room door. The second day though the same thing happened as I arrived about 10 pm and again, luckily someone was coming out so I was able to go to my room that’s night. By it being late both nights I just reported this to the front desk to get a regular key for the outside door and also to inform them that remote entry is not working with a digital key and they should have someone fix this for those that have rooms at the back of the hotel. I also had problems with my sink clogging and draining really slow. I reported this to the front desk and asked for maintenance, but they never came to fix it. The toilet is also still loose and needs to be fixed (this was also an issue when I came in October and it looks like no one has fixed this either). lastly I was staying for five days so on day 3, I asked for the bathroom to be refreshed and had to call a second time after waiting about 3-4 hours to have someone come. They were nice, but unfortunately I was again disappointed when I took a shower and there was still no body wash available. I don’t know what is going on at this location, but they really need to get it together.

The room was clean. The bedding was fresh. The bathroom had been nicely updated with soap, shampoo, creams, etc. mounted on the wall, allowing more counter space. Plenty of towels. The room is rather small but with everything needed. For an inexpensive hotel, we were impressed with their attention to detail.

Ein Wochenende hier, während er in der Stadt Detroit ein Volleyball-Event besuchte. Die Hälfte des Preises für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt bezahlte und es war nur etwa 15-20 Minute Fahrt in so es war nicht schlecht. Die Eincheckung war einfach, der Raum war sauber und obwohl es einige kosmetische Dinge gab, die repariert werden konnten, war es zumindest sauber. Es war nicht in der Lage, den Pool oder Fitnessbereich zu benutzen, aber beide sahen aus der Tür sauber aus. Obwohl ich hörte, dass der Pool aus Handtüchern war und es viel Wasser in der Halle führte zum Pool. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Kühlschrank, aber sie korrigierten das zu unserer Zufriedenheit, über das, was wir erwartet hätten. Die einzige Beschwerde (mit dem Licht) ist, dass wir das Hotel bis 7:05 Uhr verlassen mussten, um in der Stadt zu kommen, und wir fragten, ob es möglich war, Frühstück vor 7:00 Uhr zu erhalten und es war eine Wohnung ”nein”. Es ist ein Versuch wert, wie die meisten anderen Hotels sehr angenehm zu sein und wird sogar bieten, zu gehen Taschen bereit für frühe Abreisen gehen. Nur eine Idee für die Zukunft, vielleicht.

This hotel is a “Fair”field We just stayed. The hotel was good enough but nothing exceptional. The positives: it was easy to park and go in, the room was mostly clean but not totally, breakfast was ok, the staff were kind and helpful. The negatives: the air system was awful, our room was hot and muggy and we could get the air to ever properly ventilate and the windows are screwed shut, there was a pill on the floor which feels troubling in the hotel room, there was hair and dirty smudges on the wall of the shower, the sink drain was slow and I asked for it to be repaired and it wasn’t attended to. Also this hotel is constructed in a way where every door slam, foot fall and sound is audible. Mercifully people were quiet during our stay but we always knew when our upstairs neighbors were up and walking around their room. It’s a cheap hotel, it’s clean enough but you definitely get what you pay for.

Liebe diesen Ort! Die Lage ist für viele Menschen (wie z.B. Uber/Lift-Treiber) ein wenig schwierig, zu navigieren, leider. Zum anderen ist jeder andere Aspekt dieses Geschäfts hervorragend und erfrischend großartig! Ich genieße meine Zeit hier oben und darüber hinaus. Nicht nur die Zimmer sind erstaunlich gut zusammengestellt, Sie finden das Frühstück ist eigentlich gut (und sogar heiß!) und das Personal ist unglaublich hilfreich, freundlich und willkommen. Sie wissen sogar, wie man ihre Arbeiten richtig machen(die sich anscheinend eine seltene Qualität zu besitzen, die diese Tage besitzt)!! Ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr an alle!!
