Preston South (Craven Drive)

Cosy, clean & familiar When I visit family I always stay here. It's always clean, well presented, spotless & you know what your getting. The beds are siper comfy & bathrooms/shower good & clean. I have tried higher star rating in area & never again.

I stayed over the 29/30 May and also booked 01-02 June . I mistakenly booked booth on the same night, two guys in reception Aln and Bill were superb. friendly and professional in sorting out the mistake which was mine and rebooked for 01/02 June . These two fantastic guys save same £82 , and when i come to Preston again i will always book this hotel. The lady at breakfast who seems to be on her own was brilliant and looked after me as i had a dietary requirement . Any mangers looking at this please value and always reward where you can . your staff, they make your hotel , and people went above and beyond as they so often do in these circumstances.

My stay was amazing, the room was extremely clean, the bed was super comfy, everyone was welcoming and the staff were very nice with any enquiries I had, it was really good how they had designated smoking area for those who smoke, overall an amazing place to stay!

Wonderful staff, great location and perfect room. I love Premier Inn because you know what you're getting and a reasonable price. The staff couldn't be more helpful and I will not hesitate to stay again if and when I'm staying in Preston again. Thank you!

Nice double room. Superbly clean. Fresh linen and lovely soft towels. I’m physically disabled but didn’t need an adapted room. I requested a room near reception for convenience and this was allocated without problem. I also paid for an early checkin. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a continental breakfast however the English looked equally inviting. I booked this hotel for my journey going North and again, for my return coming South. I’m sure I will return.

We only had one overnight stay as I had client meeting to attend one day after the other. My wife and daughter were off for the half term/Easter holidays so I dragged them along with me. We all had a lovely stay, friendly staff, nice clean rooms, a little cramped with the 3 of us but for one overnight, it was enough and I feel I am splitting hairs by saying that. Breakfast was lovely, I had mine at 8am. Later check out at 12pm which really suited us as I went to my business appointment and my wife and daughter were able to wait for me without rushing to get out.
