我是柳州人，也是設計師，今日的評論更多是建議，希望酒店可以看一看改一改能越做越好，因為帶朋友來玩這家酒店離我家近，看圖片不錯才選擇一起入住的。 1.辦理入住在二樓，要提行李走幾步台階乘坐一個小電梯上二樓，建議局部改轉折舒緩的坡道，拉行李、小童車、長者輪椅都方便上； 2.二樓辦理的前台放置在過道上小又擠，入住後又折回這個小電梯上到客房，動網上走回頭路，下行和上樓就靠這一個小電梯載客，交通擁堵； 3.一樓的咖啡廳五一期間空置不提供咖啡服務，樓梯佔地大華而不實，建議拆了改成前台接待，增加等候區和兩部電梯； 4.接下來是客房，定的是情侶房，入住的時候發現和圖片不一樣，告知前台換房才知道原來情侶房有好幾個房型都放在了照片裏，而我衹看了前面兩張，首先，是不是可以提示客户入住時房型隨機？其次情侶房的幾個房型是不是可以分開定價？ 再次，情侶房價格比其他房型貴，卻沒有窗，不要投機取巧做了個開往過道的固定扇玻璃就説是窗！！能採光通風的才是窗！！！這個過道上的固定扇窗簾都不敢拉上去； 5.接着是前台，換不了房還需要攜程的客服告知，你們有一點服務態度和責任心嗎？ 6.好，有態度，但建議不要給客户送發黴的果盤； 7.床寫的是寬2米大床，長度是多少？我1.62的身高腳不小心就露在外面的，1.8的男士腳更是放不在床上，睡得很難受，建議換床； 8.衞生間的雙台盆有一個盆卡在浴缸位置，根本用不了，建議整改； 9.馬桶半智能，不會自動打開，人經過會自動沖水，水還亂飛濺，建議更換；吹風筒的插座離鏡子有點遠； 10.智能連接小度，燈光也做得挺好的，但又漏了衞生間，還需要單獨去關，也沒做到全屋智能； 11.五一700以上一晚的房價並不便宜了，對比其他城市或者連鎖酒店，配置應該是滿配，卻沒有小冰箱！！帶的水果壞了…… 最後，想説一些做得好的，新風系統做得不錯，其他真的沒有能誇的了，希望越來越好吧，我是不會再去住了。
