Excellent staff very helpful and friendly great location only downside is the quality and choice of food very limited dinner menu the continental breakfast is great but the cooked breakfast was very poor no flavour from bacon low quality sausages but I would stay here again might not eat here

Called today to find locked doors restaurant closed and greeted by a male member of staff who's shirt buttons were open from bottom up. Informed me the hotel is closed unless booked to stay now charging for carpark. I'd say it looks like another closed to public and housing immigrants.

We have stayed at this hotel occasionally and found it great value for money facilities, staff excellent etc. This weekend we stayed, waited over 5 mins for reception after ringing the bell 3 times, they didnt want us to pay in advance for bre4akfast, waited ages for a drink in the bar, the staff said they were short staffed, Breakfast was poor, no staff, we called the waitress 3 times, in the end I had to ask another waitress to get served, in all we were over an hour waiting for the cooked breakfast which looked and tasted like it had been cooked the day before !! I ended up not eating it, PLEASE GO BACK TO BUFFET BREAKFAST, clearly the place is under staffed and not fair on the staff that are there and doing there best

This hotel needs a major revamp or else they are at risk of losing custom. Stayed here for a week and it’s been the worst Premier Inn experience I have ever received. Uncomfortable sleep and the restaurant, well I’m not even going to comment on it. Seen soup kitchens who provide more food than this place and they are FREE! Spoke to many workmen who were staying and they also agreed and said they won’t be using this hotel as a base for overseas work anymore. Also highly suspicious that nearly all the supposed 5 star reviews are all from people with no or very little Tripadvisor reviews history. I think someone is getting friends and staff to submit fake good reviews.

I had a terrible experience at Premier Inn Lisburn. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and downright childish, making even the simplest requests feel like a huge inconvenience. I felt like I was bothering them every time I asked a question. To make matters worse, the kitchen was closed most nights, leaving me with zero food options. It’s frustrating when you’re paying for a full service, only to find out basic amenities like food & water are unavailable. However Breakfast was available but no hot food, it was a continental buffet which was also horrible. Went to scoop out cereal but it was stuck together with mould (BOKE).Absolutely not worth the money. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely rooms and bathroom very clean and comfortable beds ,breakfast was lovely,the staff couldn't of been any nicer and very helpful would recommend this place 100%,and just outside the hotel are buses so handy going into Belfast and other places.

A difficult one, only paid £37 for the night. We stay in lots of premier inns and generally love the value and comfort. The family room in this one is a little smaller than normal. One of the beds isn’t really a full size bed and would only suit a small child. cleanliness wasn’t the best here, we didn’t enjoy the evening meal in the restaurant, lots of missing items took very long to arrive. Didn’t seem to want to serve us and food very basic. A few discrepancies with the bill ,breakfast was better. as always comfortable bed and a good sleep though quite noisy in the morning lots to do in the surrounding area but not really walkable into the town..
