Please beware of Hotel DAH in Lisbon...the treatment and experience we endured at this hotel were so deplorable, unaccomodating, and unacceptable. We booked this hotel through ******* for 4 nights in Lisbon. Due to the size of our party, 2 adults and 3 children, this was the only option for our family to be in 1 room at the time. After arriving late to check in due to travel, the hotel was very unflattering as the pictures from Expedia's site as well as the hotel's website depicted a completely different image, a complete misrepresentation. In addition, travel sites indicate laundry facilities in which they did not have, only a pricey service that they contract out. As having never been to Lisbon and not knowing the neighborhoods, we were taken back by all of the graffiti on the adjacent abandoned building. The layout of the hotel is very small and bizarre, with an elevator that could not even fit our family and luggage. We booked the quadruple room in order to accommodate our family; however the hotel management informed us that we only made a reservation for 4, even after showing them proof. The hotel stated that anyone older than 12 is considered an adult, and we are only allowed 4 adults. Our children are 17, 14, 14. We were willing to pay the extra bed charge fee, even though we felt that this should have been handled between ******* and the hotel; however after the way we were treated we stated that we were not going to pay the extra bed fee. The General Manager later informed us after we had checked out, that the night attendant, who checked us in, will have to personally pay for the extra person as he did not request the $ from us at time of check-in. I find this very disturbing and disheartening that management would do this as he was the most pleasant person at the property. From being questioned the first night from staff as to why we were checking out the property, being treated like second class citizens from the night attendant (Sandra?), having our room key deactivated and not telling the truth as to why it was deactivated (was told that these things happen, but Nena (General Manager) admitted it was because we hadn't paid the nominal fee for the extra bed/person), and the overall feeling of being constantly watched, not welcomed, and unsafe, we decided to check out early. Nena, the GM, stated that irregardless of our awful experience, this was a non-refundable booking and will not credit us for the 2 nights we did not stay at Hotel DAH. Even ******* felt for our discomfort and assisted us in other ways that we are extremely grateful for. This experience took up quality family vacation time that we can not get back. Please think twice about staying at this property as this was the worst experience we have encountered in all of our years of travel. Das Innere des Hotels war fantastisch, einschließlich des Außenpoolbereichs! Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und das Hotel lag in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefiel, waren die Matratze und die Kissen, die zu weich für mich waren, sodass ich mit Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen aufwachte. Es war ein anständiges Hotel, das Sie selbst dann wählen können, wenn Sie Lissabon wieder besuchen !! Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber ich habe mit einem Freund besucht, so dass ich, wenn ich ein Doppelbett hätte, um es bitten konnte. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage wirklich gut. Ich kam in der Mitte, legte mein Gepäck, ladete mein Handy, und ging raus! We booked a week at the Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Bairro Alto based on positive reviews from previous visitors. The (eight room) four story apartments are located in the old hilly section of the city where steep and narrow sidewalks are the norm and are slippery during rain. The main entrance is via a short alleyway. Access to the outer main door entrance and individual apartments are very 21st century in that there is no reception. The outside door has a cypher lock and guests use a reservation number to get in. Once inside the 'lobby' space there is a kiosk/screen to check in and get an assigned room and cypher code for your room. The kiosk has language selections to help with directions. There also a one-way phone to speak with a person/assistance. The machine scans documents, i.e., passports or European ID cards. It took me ten minutes and the final phase was to take a photo of the QR square displayed to keep track of your room number and access code. There are four floors with two apartments on each floor. There is an elevator and stairs. The rooms are spacious and well outfitted with a mini kitchen, including dishes, cooking ware, dishwasher, clothes washer and refrigerator. The clothes washer is great, we used it and dried clothes on a clothes hangar that was stashed in the closet. There is a comfortable queen size bed with a large flat screen hanging on the opposite wall. A closet has a self-use strong box with directions (in English) to set-up a personalized multi-digit code during your stay. The bathroom is roomy with a shower stall instead of a bath. Plenty of windows, including in the bathroom. The cross street is named Rua Do Poco Dos Negros and is a main line for the local trams that pass through the neighborhood, with a tram stop maybe 100 feet from the apartments. Taxis pass through here as well. Small restaurants are plentiful within a 15-minute parameter. The popular Plaza del Comercio is about a twenty-minute walk or a Three Euro Tram ride away. Aside from steep streets, the area is safe, even a night. The apartments are a clean, good bargain for staying in Lisbon.

Buch dieses Gästehaus auf der Grundlage vieler positiver Bewertungen und war nicht enttäuscht. Nur eine Nacht geblieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation durch den Manager. Einfache, aber schöne und saubere Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage für die Sehenswürdigkeiten mit einigen schönen kleinen Restaurants in der Nähe. Kein Parkplatz, sondern kostenfreies Übernachtpark im Parkplatz direkt über die Straße - Sie können auch kostenlos in den umliegenden Straßen parken, aber nicht versucht. Keine Frühstücksoption, aber die Pasteis de Belem Café ist nur in der Nähe.

Das Hotel ist in allen Aspekten sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtungen sind komplett, insbesondere die Klimaanlage ist die schöne Marke Chinas, es ist wirklich sehr leistungsfähig, die Service-Einstellung ist auch sehr gut, das Frühstück ist auch gut, es gibt viele Restaurants und Supermärkte umgeben, die lokalen Wind und Boden zu erfahren, Das Hotel ist ein kleiner Park am Rande des Hotels. Neben einem kleinen Schritt von der Stadt entfernt ist es im Allgemeinen ein sehr kostengünstiges Hotel.

Dies ist eine ziemlich elegante Pousada, die von der Pestana Hotelkette verwaltet wird. Einchecken an der Rezeption war schmerzlos und schnell. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen angenehmen und freundlich. Unser Schlafzimmer war im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Park. Wir mussten die Fenster für Sicherheit geschlossen und die Gürtel für Privatsphäre geschlossen halten. Das Schlafzimmer war angenehmen eingerichtet und in guter Zustand. Das Bett war Königsgröße und sehr komfortabel. Es gab viel Platz für Kleidung Die Größe des Zimmers verließ sehr wenig Platz, um angemessen zu lagern Koffer. Das Zimmer war mit einem Kühlschrank, aber keine Minibar ausgestattet. Es gab auch ein Fernsehen, das soweit ich sagen konnte nur portugiesische Programme hatte. Ich konnte keine englischen Sprachprogramme finden. Das war nicht wirklich ein Problem, weil ich für eine begrenzte Zeit im Hotel war und nicht wollte TV zu sehen. Das Badezimmer war in der Suite mit Bad und Dusche. Das Bad war nutzlos, weil es keine Bademantel hatte und das Hotelpersonal konnte kein Bademantel für mich finden. Es gab viele Teppich warmes Wasser für Waschbecken. Aber Sie müssen geduld haben, warmes Wasser zu haben. Warm Wasser dauerte ein Leben, bevor es unser Zimmer erreichte Unser Schlafzimmer muss etwas von der Kessel entfernt gewesen sein, weil andere Gäste nicht das gleiche Problem erlitten. Vieles Wasser wurde verschwunden, während sie auf das heiße Wasser warten. Dies war nicht ein guter Weg zu “Save the Planet” wie von einem Zeichen / Anzeige auf der Anzeige im Badezimmer vom Hotelmanagement. Der Plug in der Waschbecken handarbeitete nicht richtig. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen zerbrechlich, wie Sie sich vorstellen werden, was in diesem Hotel waschen zu haben. Das Buffet Frühstück hatte viele zu wählen mit einer Auswahl an warmen und kalten Gerichten. Die Lounge-Bar ist komfortabel und angenehmen eingerichtet. Neben dem Fehlen von Badeanhängern ist das Hotel in guter Lage und dekorativer Ordnung.

The hotel is very nice and new looking. Very clean. Andre is so helpful at the front desk as are all of the staff. Loved it here. But for a long stay I would want more amenities but for the price and 2 nights, it was perfect. Lidl Grocery store across the street.

Room is good, breakfast is okay, nice area and service was really good thanks to Frederico and Marco for always being there and very helpful. The area is next to a really great park and if you work through you'll will find the Oeiras shopping mall. Lots of shops and eating opportunities

sehr schönes und stylisches hotel in ruhiger, parkähnlicher anlage. toller pool, schöne aussicht vom balkon, etwas mehr als 2 km bis zum strand. sehr gutes frühstück, super freundliches personal, wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. leider gibt es in der umgebung nicht viele und gute restaurants, so dass man immer etwas ”weiter” fahren muss.
