I stayed four days in the WOT hostel in Lisbon, what means three nights. The hostel in in a great neighborhood, fun places around all the time, service is fun, they are 7/24 there to help you with all kind of informations about the city. Every night they had an activity (drink nights and even a movie night) for the early hours, there is this cool guy organizing party-visiting together for very reasonable prices, the beer is cheep, the common area is just perfect for chilling and to make new friendships very easily. If i plan my trip again to Lisbon (and i will, because that's one of the must fun cities I've ever been in my life), i'm sure i will book in WOT again. (I got they recyclable cup for memory.:))

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Kein A/C, aber es war schön, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon hatten, da es nur 2 oder 3 von diesen Zimmern gab.

Günstig und wahnsinnig zentral gelegen waren wir von diesem Hostel sehr angenehm überrascht. Die Zimmer und das Bad sauber und nichts an den Stockbetten mit den Vorhängen auszusetzen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück dazugebucht aber dann doch jeden Tag dort gefrühstückt weil es ebenfalls günstig und vor allem ausreichend und gut war.

Bilder auf der Website sind aus dem neuen Gebäude und beachten Sie, dass Sie, wenn Sie ankommen, eine der alten Zimmer (die mit alten Möbeln und Insekten schmutzig sind) erhalten können, die dem nächsten Gebäude gehören, die der Estrella Dos Santos PENSION , Sie zahlen Ihnen die gleiche Summe wie Sie in einem Hotel geblieben sind ($232 für zwei Nächte). Sie setzen uns in ein schreckliches Schmutz, sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Aussicht (es gab eine Wand ). Wir zahlen für ein Dreibettzimmer, aber weil sie einen gebrochenen Spider aus der schmutzigen Wand entfernen/reinigen und einige gefärbte/schmutzige Blätter aus dem Zimmer geben sie uns ein Doppelzimmer ”während wir warten ” (in derselben Gebäude Pension) der Manager sagte, dass wir dort für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt bleiben und bezahlte uns für ein Dreibettzimmer, wenn wir in einem schrecklichen Doppelzimmer verblieben. Wir haben diesen Ort für die Bewertungen gewählt - 8.5 Sternen (! ) , für den ”Waschservice” und die für 17 Minuten zu Fuß nach Saint George Castle, wenn Sie dort sind, sagen sie, dass es keine Waschservice gibt und wir müssen fast eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß, um zum Schloss zu kommen. und dem CENTER. Wir fühlten uns sehr dumm. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass wir eine schreckliche Erfahrung hatten, dank der sehr schlechten Fähigkeiten eines Managers, der uns behandelt hat, als würden sie uns einen Gefallen tun. Leider, Wir konnten diese Buchung nicht stornieren, weil wir bezahlt haben, als wir an das sehr schön dekorierte Empfangsgebiet angekommen sind, nachdem sie uns zum nächsten Gebäude, das mit dem neuen Gebäude verbunden ist, geschickt haben. Und natürlich wollte der Manager uns zumindest nicht mit dem Unterschied für den Preis des Dreifachzimmers mit einem Doppelzimmer zurückzahlen. Ich empfehle diesen Ort nicht. Got through a wowcher deal for 5 nights in Portugal.. On arrival at hotel it appeared very clean and staff very friendly but the decor was very dated and often tatty. The lift was very small and again very dated. Our room 404 although quiet as it was at the back everyone's doors don't close quietly. The room itself again was very clean a credit to the staff but so dated and small.. The bed was very uncomfortable.. Partly due to the common hard matress you tend to find on the continent but also the rubber sheet under the bottom sheet.. Would hate to be there in the height of summer. There is ac but didn't really help. No tea /coffee facilities but was a decent sized fridge. The bathroom was probably the worst aspect.. Again clean.. Staff must have an uphill struggle with such old fixtures and decor and they should be credited for that. Shower.. Or was it a small bath? Who knows toilet and basin basin also badly cracked and the Hairdryer.. Think I remember one of those from the 70s.. Breakfast was an extra which unfortunately we paid for. It was absolutely dire. Orange squash with cut up orange in the jug to try and make it seem real. Very poor selection of cold meat and cheese. A single shared bowl of suspect jam and a toaster that took 10 minutes to turn out slightly warm bread. Again staff friendly and helpful and made us an omelette. After 2 sleepless night due to terrible mattress.. And my back problems we decided that we would book into the holiday Inn express around the corner.. A whole lot better and we enjoyed the rest if our first visit to Portugal immensely. The owner of the flamingo Hotel clearly doesn't want to spend much on updating the place and raising his prices and I'm sure many have stayed there and found it OK but I just can't find a way of recommending it other than for the hard working cleaning staff.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfreich bei der Klärung von Reisefragen wie dem intermittierenden Eisenbahnstreik. Unser Zimmer war gut, aber der Aufzug, obwohl die Behauptung, 4 Personen zu passen, ist wirklich groß genug nur für 2 und ich denke ein großartiger Hotel. sollte mehr haben. Auf der Plus-Seite können Sie fast so früh oder spät aufstehen, wie Sie wollen, weil das Frühstücksbuffet von 6.30 a.m. bis Mittag serviert wird. Und der Morgenkorrus von twitternden Vögeln außerhalb des Fensters ist schön, wenn Sie so etwas mögen. Das Hotel ist nicht so zentraler wie der Titel impliziert und in der Gegend gibt es einen Mangel an Abendunterhaltung im Weg der Bars. Ein paar gute Restaurants, die Churrascaria und die Hamro Ghar (Nepalesisch, würden Sie glauben!) dienen jedoch gutes Essen und Bier.

Der Frühstücksraum dieses Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Frühstück bis Mittag. Die Aussicht und der Service waren atemberaubend. Die Lage ist etwas nördlich, aber dennoch sehr praktisch, um überall hin zu gelangen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage. Orients in der Nähe. Zum Flughafen ist es auch nicht weit. Parken in der Tiefgarage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Relativ modern und praktisch. Klare Empfehlung.

Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.
