Das Innere des Hotels war fantastisch, einschließlich des Außenpoolbereichs! Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und das Hotel lag in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefiel, waren die Matratze und die Kissen, die zu weich für mich waren, sodass ich mit Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen aufwachte. Ich wünschte, sie hätten kostenlose Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt, aber ansonsten war alles unglaublich!

We just returned from a lovely 5 night stay at Dom Sancho 1. The hotel is located in a 5 story characterful building on the second floor, on a wide tree lined avenue that is full of designer boutiques, approx 15 minute walk to where all the tourist restaurants and bars are and 5 minutes to the local metro station, it is in a very good location to explore all the tourist sites from. In the hotel there is a small modern lift, the stairs are tiring if you have luggage. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful lady on reception who checked us in and later when asked gave some excellent recommendations and advise. Our room was at the back, away from the street and breakfast room meaning minimal noise. The room was tastefully decorated with antique style pictures and furniture, with 2 single beds pushed together, a large wardrobe, desk/dressing table and TV, there was also bedside lights to read and a large window with shutters and free air con/heating. The bathroom was a little small but adequate for our stay. The whole room and bathroom was very clean with white towels and a small selection of toiletries. Our beds were made everyday by the maid. We decided to try the bed and breakfast option as it seemed good value and we were not disappointed, good selection, cheeses, ham, bread rolls, sliced bread, boiled eggs, cereals, yoghurt and fruit, also a good section of teas and coffee. We found all the staff friendly and helpful, we were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel on our last day as we had a late evening flight and allowed to use toilets to freshen up before we were picked up. If I had to write a small negative then I would say that the beds were a little hard for me ( but that is just a personal choice ) and maybe the door buzzer ( main door to whole building is closed around 10pm and you had to buzz to be let in) is a little loud and can be heard in the rooms at the back but that is just one tiny complaint. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to return one day.

Please beware of Hotel DAH in Lisbon...the treatment and experience we endured at this hotel were so deplorable, unaccomodating, and unacceptable. We booked this hotel through ******* for 4 nights in Lisbon. Due to the size of our party, 2 adults and 3 children, this was the only option for our family to be in 1 room at the time. After arriving late to check in due to travel, the hotel was very unflattering as the pictures from Expedia's site as well as the hotel's website depicted a completely different image, a complete misrepresentation. In addition, travel sites indicate laundry facilities in which they did not have, only a pricey service that they contract out. As having never been to Lisbon and not knowing the neighborhoods, we were taken back by all of the graffiti on the adjacent abandoned building. The layout of the hotel is very small and bizarre, with an elevator that could not even fit our family and luggage. We booked the quadruple room in order to accommodate our family; however the hotel management informed us that we only made a reservation for 4, even after showing them proof. The hotel stated that anyone older than 12 is considered an adult, and we are only allowed 4 adults. Our children are 17, 14, 14. We were willing to pay the extra bed charge fee, even though we felt that this should have been handled between ******* and the hotel; however after the way we were treated we stated that we were not going to pay the extra bed fee. The General Manager later informed us after we had checked out, that the night attendant, who checked us in, will have to personally pay for the extra person as he did not request the $ from us at time of check-in. I find this very disturbing and disheartening that management would do this as he was the most pleasant person at the property. From being questioned the first night from staff as to why we were checking out the property, being treated like second class citizens from the night attendant (Sandra?), having our room key deactivated and not telling the truth as to why it was deactivated (was told that these things happen, but Nena (General Manager) admitted it was because we hadn't paid the nominal fee for the extra bed/person), and the overall feeling of being constantly watched, not welcomed, and unsafe, we decided to check out early. Nena, the GM, stated that irregardless of our awful experience, this was a non-refundable booking and will not credit us for the 2 nights we did not stay at Hotel DAH. Even ******* felt for our discomfort and assisted us in other ways that we are extremely grateful for. This experience took up quality family vacation time that we can not get back. Please think twice about staying at this property as this was the worst experience we have encountered in all of our years of travel. There were a multitude of other unpleasant experiences; however would take too much time to elaborate further. These disappointing experiences didn't seem to matter to the manager as it

We booked a week at the Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Bairro Alto based on positive reviews from previous visitors. The (eight room) four story apartments are located in the old hilly section of the city where steep and narrow sidewalks are the norm and are slippery during rain. The main entrance is via a short alleyway. Access to the outer main door entrance and individual apartments are very 21st century in that there is no reception. The outside door has a cypher lock and guests use a reservation number to get in. Once inside the 'lobby' space there is a kiosk/screen to check in and get an assigned room and cypher code for your room. The kiosk has language selections to help with directions. There also a one-way phone to speak with a person/assistance. The machine scans documents, i.e., passports or European ID cards. It took me ten minutes and the final phase was to take a photo of the QR square displayed to keep track of your room number and access code. There are four floors with two apartments on each floor. There is an elevator and stairs. The rooms are spacious and well outfitted with a mini kitchen, including dishes, cooking ware, dishwasher, clothes washer and refrigerator. The clothes washer is great, we used it and dried clothes on a clothes hangar that was stashed in the closet. There is a comfortable queen size bed with a large flat screen hanging on the opposite wall. A closet has a self-use strong box with directions (in English) to set-up a personalized multi-digit code during your stay. The bathroom is roomy with a shower stall instead of a bath. Plenty of windows, including in the bathroom. The cross street is named Rua Do Poco Dos Negros and is a main line for the local trams that pass through the neighborhood, with a tram stop maybe 100 feet from the apartments. Taxis pass through here as well. Small restaurants are plentiful within a 15-minute parameter. The popular Plaza del Comercio is about a twenty-minute walk or a Three Euro Tram ride away. Aside from steep streets, the area is safe, even a night. The apartments are a clean, good bargain for staying in Lisbon.

Es war ein anständiges Hotel, das Sie selbst dann wählen können, wenn Sie Lissabon wieder besuchen !! Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber ich habe mit einem Freund besucht, so dass ich, wenn ich ein Doppelbett hätte, um es bitten konnte. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage wirklich gut. Ich kam in der Mitte, legte mein Gepäck, ladete mein Handy, und ging raus! Frühstück war auch lecker ~ Die Leute, die arbeiten, sind auch sehr nett, so ich bin sehr dankbar, alle Arten von Anfragen zu hören Wenn es aber eine Schande ist, haben sie jeden Tag nicht den Handtuch ändert und den Handtuch, den sie verwendet haben, hängen. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Natürlich, als ich den Vordertisch angerufen und ihn gefragt habe, brachten sie mir neue Handtuchs! Auch die Etage des Zimmers ist sauber, wie Europa, mit Schuhen in der Innenstadt. Ich habe es nicht getan, aber es gab keine abnehmbaren Slips separat. Ich denke, ich nehme die Slips nächstes Mal.

Wir landen hier aus einem annullierten easyjet-Flug, das Personal war so verständlich, als wir ankamen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren in unserem Aufenthalt enthalten und war ein Buffet-Stil mit einer großen Auswahl. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Ein 1-minütiges Gehminut vom Eingang der U-Bahn und dem Supermarkt entfernt.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Restaurants , Shopping , Geschäfte 🛍 und viele Cafés befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe., auch Metro Anschluss . Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet , die Betten waren super bequem. Sehr gute Matratzen , Decken und Kissen. Zimmer sind mir Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges schönes Zimmer. Leider fand ich das Personal sehr wortkarg . Wir bekamen leider keinerlei Informationen. Normale Infos wurden nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage herausgegeben. Da ich letztes Jahr schon zweimal 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtete, weiss ich , es ist keine Ausnahme. Personal redet kaum, gibt keine Informationen raus. Man kann nicht mal einschätzen, ob es Unfreundlichkeit oder eher Desinteresse ist. Nur durch Nachfrage bekamen wir den Code für Internetzugang , der wurde uns auf einen abgerissenen Zettel geschrieben, da wir darum baten., ihn uns aufzuschreiben.

Buch dieses Gästehaus auf der Grundlage vieler positiver Bewertungen und war nicht enttäuscht. Nur eine Nacht geblieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation durch den Manager. Einfache, aber schöne und saubere Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage für die Sehenswürdigkeiten mit einigen schönen kleinen Restaurants in der Nähe. Kein Parkplatz, sondern kostenfreies Übernachtpark im Parkplatz direkt über die Straße - Sie können auch kostenlos in den umliegenden Straßen parken, aber nicht versucht. Keine Frühstücksoption, aber die Pasteis de Belem Café ist nur in der Nähe.

Dies ist eine ziemlich elegante Pousada, die von der Pestana Hotelkette verwaltet wird. Einchecken an der Rezeption war schmerzlos und schnell. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen angenehmen und freundlich. Unser Schlafzimmer war im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Park. Wir mussten die Fenster für Sicherheit geschlossen und die Gürtel für Privatsphäre geschlossen halten. Das Schlafzimmer war angenehmen eingerichtet und in guter Zustand. Das Bett war Königsgröße und sehr komfortabel. Es gab viel Platz für Kleidung Die Größe des Zimmers verließ sehr wenig Platz, um angemessen zu lagern Koffer. Das Zimmer war mit einem Kühlschrank, aber keine Minibar ausgestattet. Es gab auch ein Fernsehen, das soweit ich sagen konnte nur portugiesische Programme hatte. Ich konnte keine englischen Sprachprogramme finden. Das war nicht wirklich ein Problem, weil ich für eine begrenzte Zeit im Hotel war und nicht wollte TV zu sehen. Das Badezimmer war in der Suite mit Bad und Dusche. Das Bad war nutzlos, weil es keine Bademantel hatte und das Hotelpersonal konnte kein Bademantel für mich finden. Es gab viele Teppich warmes Wasser für Waschbecken. Aber Sie müssen geduld haben, warmes Wasser zu haben. Warm Wasser dauerte ein Leben, bevor es unser Zimmer erreichte Unser Schlafzimmer muss etwas von der Kessel entfernt gewesen sein, weil andere Gäste nicht das gleiche Problem erlitten. Vieles Wasser wurde verschwunden, während sie auf das heiße Wasser warten. Dies war nicht ein guter Weg zu “Save the Planet” wie von einem Zeichen / Anzeige auf der Anzeige im Badezimmer vom Hotelmanagement. Der Plug in der Waschbecken handarbeitete nicht richtig. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen zerbrechlich, wie Sie sich vorstellen werden, was in diesem Hotel waschen zu haben. Das Buffet Frühstück hatte viele zu wählen mit einer Auswahl an warmen und kalten Gerichten. Die Lounge-Bar ist komfortabel und angenehmen eingerichtet. Neben dem Fehlen von Badeanhängern ist das Hotel in guter Lage und dekorativer Ordnung.

Hotel im Zentrum von Montijo mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, Parkplätzen draußen und drinnen, die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten sind bequem und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Kaffee und Tee sind während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts verfügbar, ich kann es 100 % empfehlen.
