Hotel Alicante Lisboa Bewertungen

A very quiet and fabulous hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in Lisbon and it was great. Breakfast was great and there was a lot of variety to choose from. Close to Picoas Metro Station. There is a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. The room was cleaned daily.

Yesterday i fell on stairs at this hotel. It’s a miracle that I’ve survived. Stairs were slippery like an ice, there were no handrails, nothing about safety. That fall destroyed my phone completely, and I seriously damaged my back. Hotel didn’t compensate this incident at all, so i will be suing them when I recover. Do not book this hotel!

Left me incredibly dissapointed. Writing this right after I checked in, but will post it next day after breakfast and a night's sleep to be fair. Yes it is a 2 star hotel, I get it. BUT there are things that were omitted and are crucial and would have a world of difference. The room we were given is the smallest room in the hotel with the back window that is not next to beds but in a nook/cranny blocked from the beds by a supporting beam inside the room which is horrible. The room we were given is 113 and I'm guessing same for 213, 313 etc. The room is dark from the start, lighting is bad (bare minimum spotlights). The room itself is just off with the tiniest bathroom. There were other [better] rooms available but we were given this one (the hotel was not busy and it was in a middle of the week aka working days not busy holidays or weekends). My guess because we only booked one night and they figured they did not want to waste good room for cleaning service after one night stay. NONE of hotel pictures or booking sites show this room. So here's my photos so other travelers are aware. As you walk in you can bump into the beds from the door, thats how cramped everything is. Two beds, two night stands, tiny table, tiny one chair so one person sits at a time and an open rack/shelf with TWO metal laundromat hangers. For two average size females this is a sad moment. The bathroom does not have a bidet hence it is very small in size. There are no hooks, there are no other space but your bed to unpack any suitcases that you might have. Dissapointing. If you are traveling with another person you literally have to put all your stuff on bathroom floor or have your suitcase on your bed. They could have attached command hooks or put a nail on an inside of the door so that one could hang a towel or clothing while showering. The bathroom tiles had weird tape on the walls still on and there was absolutely no shampoo, Im not asking for fancy stuff but there wasnt even any of the standard magical 3 in 1 magical solution for shampoo/conditioner/shower gel on a shower wall. I did not even want to take a shower here, I waited until I trabsfered to another one with better conditions The open shelf had to be wiped down which I do anyways but here it was obvious dust mites or something that needed to be removed. There are no conveniences or small pleasures that you would hope from a hotel room. If I wanted less quality I would have paid way less and have gone camping or gone a hostel route for a different price. The room I was given at a 3 star price I would not have paid more than €69 and it seems you dont know what you are going to get as this room was not shown in any of the booking sites, which is not fair but bait and switch. The price of the room and the quantity of beds suppose to be for two people and yet physically the ammenities and "comforts" of the room seemed to be for one person. Stayed 2 nights x 3 rooms with friends on visit to Lisbon. Lovely modern rooms on the first floor, small but perfectly functional for our short stay. Great variety at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and good location, hope to return., we all had a great holiday. Would recommend.

We checked in on 12 October ,Pedro welcomed us but I already had a chat with him over the phone so he remembered us ,he was very helpful not only as a receptionist but very knowledgeable as a concierge especially in a small caliber hotel like that room was nice quiet clean all was ok I would recommend for guest to have may be a small fridge that's all as we wanted some ice we had drinks in the room and there was no ice around I asked at reception they referred me to continente supermarket

Sleeps, eat breakfast, go. Small rooms, clean, very nice service - special thanks to Teresa. Nice breakfast, good location. Ok for me but I treated the hotel only as a place to sleep, I left after breakfast and came back at night.

Hotel muito agradável, atendimento só pessoal muito bom. Pra quem prefere ficar longe da bagunça é o mais indicado. Muito perto do metrô e com vários ônibus de linha quase na porta. O hotel é simples e o quarto é pequeno, mas é bem limpo e organizado. O que aponto como defeito é que o quarto é bem escuro durante a noite. Só 2 arandelas não são suficientes nem pra uma leitura

Hemos estado 3 días disfrutando de Lisboa y alrededores. Hotel con excelente ubicación, cerca de parada de metro y a 20 minutos paseando tienes el centro histórico. Habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras. Baño muy amplio y bien equipado. Personal excelente. Volveremos seguro

Bon hôtel dans un quartier calme de Lisbonne mais à proximité du centre, facilement accessible à pied ou par métro (la station Picoas est très proche). Chambres climatisées bien équipées (même si un petit réfrigérateur serait bienvenu), avec baignoire dans la salle de bains. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel aimable et attentif. Tout à fait recommandable.

Adorei! Atendentes simpáticos e prestativos. Próximo do metrô. Nosso chuveiro apresentou um problema e o atendente João veio até o quarto na madrugada para tentar consertar. E conseguiu. O café-da-manhã também foi muito bom! Tudo perfeito!

La verdad que la experiencia no se la recomiendo a nadie. Tres personas fuimos y los tres tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, cuando llegamos las habitaciones olían a tabaco, una de ellas desprendía un olor a bajante que no se podía estar y en la tercera habitación se escuchaba un ruido de motor constante. Cogimos la opción del desayuno, que fue una de las peores cosas que hicimos, muy básico para lo que llegamos a pagar. También cogimos la opción de una plaza de parking, y la sorpresa fue que al llegar al hotel, no existía esa reserva. Hotel del terror o pensión del terror, porque a cualquier cosa le llaman Hotel y menos mal que tenía 2* y el dineral que fue. Nada que ver con las fotos que promocionan el Hotel. No quiero ni imaginar un Hostal. La peor experiencia de nuestras vidas.

Um Hotel mito bem localizado, com boa qualidade e higiene das suas instalações. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestáveis. Os clientes habituais são tratados como amigos, o que é muito agradável para os hospedes.
