Great location at the centre of Lisbon and friendly and helpful staff. The only tiny disappointment was that the ac was down for several hours when we first checked in; although the maintenance team was very professional and quick about the repair, we still spent several hours in the very hot and humid room. Apart from that, all is very good.

Great location and room. However, our AC did not work. Staff were helpful and moved us to their sister hotel Madalena - which was a horrible hotel, shower stunk of urine, carpets were dusty, tiles cracked and shower leaked into the main space making the floor for slippery.

The room was lovely but small. It had all the things you need: vault, refrigerator, place to sit or leave your luggage on. You had to shower in the tub, but the glass was not wide enough, hence half of the badroom was wet after showering. The staff was very friendly. I loved the location, very central and I felt very safe walking in this area. Because of the central location, when you want to use the elevator you had to use a pincode. Making the rest of the hotel unaccesible for others and safer for guests. I liked that very much. We had to iron, they provided us an iron and ironboard.

Really good hotel. Gave us free breakfast due to a delay on getting our room cleaned. Room was nice and clean and spacious. The only issues were that it was a little cold and the shower was rly small and strangely designed. Not a fan of that.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d’une petite escapade en amoureux à Lisbonne, l’emplacement est top, nous avons pu faire énormément de choses à pieds. l’hôtel est propre et superbe. Le service a été impeccable, il ne manque rien. Le restaurant est de qualité, et les cocktails étaient excellents. Seul bémol, le bruit extérieur.

La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca de los principales lugares de interés y de los puntos de encuentro de los tours lo cual resulta muy cómodo. El servicio estupendo todos muy amables, las instalaciones están bien el baño es un poco pequeño. la limpieza es muy buena la ropa de cama y toallas limpísimas. Desayuno es completo y surtido con todo tipo de productos. Recomiendo este hotel por lo cómodos que hemos estado.

房間老舊，各種設施都不太好用。炎熱的夏天，一整層的空調都是壞的，工作人員不提供任何補救措施，找經理也是推三阻四，效率極低。非常不推薦。

Très bel hôtel, il y a rien à dire. L’emplacement est vraiment le plus gros point fort . Le restaurant est très bon, le staff est très gentil . Le seul bémol que j’ai pu rencontrer est que : les rideaux automatiques ne fonctionnaient pas correctement et nos tuez pas donc la lumière pendant la nuit . La porte de la salle de bain n’était pas paramédic et donc l’eau se retrouver parterre assez facilement.
