Nice hotel and people working there so beautiful

Es un hostal muy silencioso, a partir de las 22h se cierra la cocina y te piden que no hagas mucho ruido. Es ideal si viajas solo, pero si eres una persona joven con ganas de socializar y fiesta este no es el lugar más indicado. Aunque su ubicación no es nada céntrica cuenta con paradas de metro y de autobús que te llevan al centro de la ciudad de manera económica. En mi caso al quedarme durante cinco días me mandaron a otro hostal que está a cuatro minutos andando del original, es más grande y cuenta con cocina. Hay dos baños para mucha gente. En cuanto a las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, cada litera cuenta con su propia cortina y hay taquillas para que los huéspedes guarden sus pertenencias.

Firstly, they are not responsive at all. Their point of contact with ********** does not speak English, which makes it difficult to sort out any situation. I booked a 4-bed dorm and when I got there, they put me in a 8-bed dorm. I complained about it and they said they were overbooked and couldn't give me what I paid for. Kitchen was locked, so I couldn't even get water. The bathrooms are super tiny and get completely wet when someone takes a shower. In the main flat, there are 2 showers and 2 toilets for 16 people. In the bedroom, the mattress is super thin and uncomfortable. Bed bolts are loose and make noise all night. There are not enough plugs and lockers for everyone. If you are on the top of the bunk bed, it is not possible to charge your devices close to you. If you want an uncomfortable stay, this is the place.

No sign, or way to know how to get in if not for people coming out. Got there at 9:30 and the owner answered the door in boxers. Let me leave my bag but not in lockup, or a room, just in the main hallway. Was not allowed back till after 3pm. When I came back was told overbooked & forced to go to their sketchier location. Bunk bed almost toppled when trying to get up, only stable if someone was on bottom bunk. Top bar was broken and super loud. People had to come through our room to get to their other rooms and blinds didn't stop any light from getting in. The sheets had yellow stains.

The room was west the expect the small of cooking around the house and there no AC or FAN service i recomment the please dont west your money

I was robbed at the hotel while I was sleeping, they took my bag with passport, documents, money, cards and other belongings. The owners of the place didn't give me any support, on the contrary, they treated me with a lot of arrogance, as if I were the bandit. In addition, the place is dirty, without structure, without privacy in the beds, only one bathroom for everyone, which was always dirty, there is no registration of the guests and the cameras do not work properly. NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE. CHEAP CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE. I was robbed while I was sleeping there, they took my documents, passport, money, cards and other belongings. I booked this hotel as British Airways changed my flight from Porto to Lisbon I was gonna stay e days I paid upfront . The fallowing day I got a message from British Airways that my flight was moved for the following day hotel was called at 7 am to be informed I would be arriving next day, , the fallowing day my flight was cancelled due to British Airways being overbooked ., the hotel refused to give me my money back .when I was looking forward to going home m but end up staying in London and losing money , terrible terrible experiences, thus has never happen in my life So I given à terrible terrible reputation and advise not to hook ,,

This was an uncomfortable stay… this is obviously someone’s home that is being marketed as a hostel. I never saw anyone change the sheets or clean the bathroom. And there were roaches in the shower. The man who works there was unprofessional: he yelled at me for using the washing machine even though I asked him if I could use it beforehand The entire place smelled like **** on several different occasions. Staff stays in the living room and talks all night so loudly you can’t sleep. I hated my stay here

It’s an amazing hostel to spend your accommodation in and the staffs are do kind and thoughtful
